"I've experienced two consecutive problems with my orders at this restaurant. I ordered regular croissants but ended up receiving chocolate dessert croissants instead (if they have those in stock at all!). The French onion soup never comes with croutons, and even when I specifically ask for extras, I still don’t get any. Furthermore, even though I opt out of utensils, I keep getting unnecessary plastic utensils that just contribute to waste. It's disappointing because this used to be a great Panera, but now it feels overpriced, too salty, and my orders are consistently incomplete. On a positive note, the delivery service is always reliable, and I don't blame the DoorDash drivers!"
