"Entrance/ exit was super busy- it felt cramped and crowded until our table was ready. In the meantime, we had to keep scooting out of the way for people to continuously exit. This was expected but somehow I think they could have asked if we wanted to move inward towards the bar area where there was more room. Anyway, there's an outdoor patio with various types and sizes of tables as well as fans and heaters to accommodate groups all throughout the year. The food came quickly and was excellent! The fries were super hot and crispy, everyone enjoyed their wings and the brisket egg rolls were the absolute best! All of our drinks were outstanding and perfectly made as well. Kudos to the awesome bartender on Sunday who managed the super busy crowd like an expert. Service for our meal was decent and super friendly. A few other servers seemed very aggressive in their swift movements and mannerisms in and out of the restaurant. One server kicked the door from the inside fiercely with their foot without caution- yikes- with no regard for what may have happened. What if a customer was walking through at that very moment?! Some servers really need to be more careful. Also, the day we visited it was hot and humid. If they put up a gigantic industrial type fan outside on the patio for customers during hotter weather, then it would be more comfortable and tolerable for everyone. The ceiling fans were barely effective, although it WAS *extremely* hot the day we visited... Lassen's is a good choice for small to medium-sized birthday lunches/ dinners, but one party appeared to lack decorum. Not sure if this is a super family-friendly establishment, but I did see way more adults than children, babies, and teens. It is super loud, with TVs everywhere. Good portions, still had a ton of leftovers."
