"We visited Brooks on Sunday afternoon and experienced an impressive wait time of 45 minutes to an hour for our food. Our daughter arrived later, and unfortunately, the waitress never even asked her if she wanted to order anything to eat or drink. Based on this visit, we have decided not to return when we come up to our cabin again; instead, we will choose to dine in Wellston or Baldwin. It seems that if the owner doesn't reconsider having his wife involved in the business, they may face serious consequences. This isn't the first time we've encountered issues like this. It's becoming clear why they are struggling to find staff—her attitude leaves much to be desired, and it seems she doesn't enjoy working at all. Good luck to the business, as it seems they may be facing some challenges."
