"Amidst the bustle of the city, nestled away in a humble corner, lies a treasure trove of flavors a ramen joint where the broth is simmered to perfection, and the noodles are the stuff of dreams. The spicy chicken ramen is a revelation, with just the right balance of heat and umami topped with perfectly fried slices of tonkatsu and ground pork, while the Ichiraku ramen was a delicious ode to tradition with a creamy chicken broth with chicken katsu, perfectly soft boiled eggs, bamboo shoots, and corn. The dishes stood out with the inclusion of one of my favorite chili powders in the world; authentic Japanese Nanami Togarashi chili powder, a blend of red chili peppers, orange peel, black sesame, white sesame, Japanese pepper, ginger, and seaweed. The complex mixture of flavors added a delightful dimension to the already spectacular ramen. We admittedly went excessive by ordering a fried 'Hit Roll ', but it was a revelation, reminding me of my beloved jalapeno poppers, but with an incredible addition of smoky salmon flavor. It was so good that I might just have to borrow this idea for my own jalapeno poppers from now on. The combination of the smoked salmon and cream cheese with a touch of heat from the jalapenos and sriracha, with the sweetness of the eel sauce, was an absolute delight, and I can 't recommend it enough. As we slurped up the noodles, we couldn 't help but notice their perfect texture. The chef, working in front of us, must have read our minds, as he asked how we liked them. When we told him that they were spot on, he explained that he 'd been searching for the right noodles for years and thanks to his wife 's fluency in Japanese, he 'd finally found them from a Japanese supplier. One thing to note is their spicy scale, which officially ranges from one to five. Yet, for the daring and the bold, I highly recommend the level 10, which delivered a fiery kick that was just perfect. For the second time, our meal was filled with laughter thanks to the staff; a charming, Korean husband and wife team, who were warm and welcoming, adding to the already wonderful experience. In short, this is a spot that should not be missed, a true gem that will leave your taste buds singing with joy. The experience was nothing short of amazing, and I can 't wait to come back and try more of their menu."

"I have been there twice. The second time convinced me not to go back. The first time I went to this place, the owner was not there, I got a beef sandwich that was just amazing. Enough meat, good fries, with tzatziki sauce and everything tasted very good (see the first photo with one sandwich). Definitely 5 star. The second time I went there, the owner was there, and my gyro was nothing like the first time. NO tzatziki sauce or any other dressings (even though I asked the owner but he did not give me anything). Definitely NOT enough meat (two or three small pieces here and there) and same thing with the fries (not enough) and the meat and fries tasted like they were fried in an old reused oil from several days ago. Even the place smelled like reused oil. The owner must be probably telling his employees not to put enough meat or tzatziki sauce but when you are charging 14 dollars for your sandwich, you should at least provide the bare minimum (like a tzatziki or enough meat for what you’re charging for) or people will go to other places.I get it. The owner wants to take as much as he can and give as little as he can and he is trying to save every single penny and he thinks he can maximize his profit by reducing the amount of food or dressings he gives his customers. But keep in mind that you’re charging almost 14 bucks for a sandwich, so it needs to be more than just a 20 cents loaf of bread and some vegetables and old fries, or it is not justified for the customers to pay that much for just a bread with your old reused meat and fries. One tzatziki sauce would not cost you as much as losing a potential regular customer. So just give enough food for what you’re charging for. And when someone ask you for a dressing, just give it to them. A tzatziki sauce does not cost that much, especially since your menu is saying you should provide it regardless."
