"a star because the atmosphere was great, the live jazz music was fantastic. the second star for a beautiful server. She wasn't good, but she was sweet. we came and waited almost 15 minutes until someone comes to the table. the server came and apologized it was very busy that we let them go. we were waiting for drinks for 15 minutes. 20 for a starter. we ordered the cheese plate. that does not require cooking. we ordered suppe next to and then dinner. to keep this here is my feedback. cheese plate took too long, but was delicious. brot/ mushroom hummus (that we had to ask) was ok. but they do not bring butter when someone is on the table that is not there for the hummus mushroom soup good. but lukewarm. special suppe good, but also lukewarm. dinner: shrimp risotto should be embarrassed for it. $38 court with long corn white rice that was undercooked. very bland, and had 5 garnels above. I ate them because I was hungry, but the whole court was a complete mistake. also lukewarm. stroganoff my man ordered this and spit out the first two bites because it was all fat. also lukewarm. Steak/Mashed potatoes friend ordered that they first to fat and gristle. the kartoffels were lukewarm and the steak really had no taste. Burger friend ordered this. that was the best court we had. he said it was very good, although the special soße was not very special. the server was nice, but she was very nervous and very busy. she was either new or had too many tables. it was hard to say. when she came to ask how the dinge we were reported subpar and gave her our dishes that we obviously did not eat. she came back and offered us free dessert, but we were ready to go so that they composed our appetizers instead. Actually, I was looking for free eating and I rarely write a bad review, but if you see that the owners are going to talk to people, they are obviously only with people who are happy. someone in management had to compose our food and they can clearly see what was returned to the kitchen was not eaten. all was very disappointing and we will not return. If you go, I hope you have a better experience."

"On one of our many weekly visits to Talulahs, our local beloved coffee shop, i realized I’ve never reviewed them formally. This charming coffee shop has become a staple in our weekend routine, and for good reason. One of the highlights of Talulahs is their exceptional coffee. Whether you're in the mood for a perfectly brewed americano or a delightful chaggachino, their high-quality coffee will not disappoint. The flavors are rich and robust but customizable and deliciously caffeinated. In addition to their fantastic coffee, Talulahs offers a wide selection of truly enjoyable and always fresh in-house food options. From sandwiches to scrumptious pastries, there is something for everyone to enjoy. What I love most is their commitment to seasonal items, ensuring that there is always something new and exciting to try. What truly sets Talulahs apart is their welcoming atmosphere. Despite the small seating space and occasional long lines, the staff always greets you with the warmest of smile and provides excellent service over and over. It's no wonder that my two toddler daughters ask to go to Talulahs every few days. It has truly become a cherished part of our weekend tradition. If you haven't already, I highly recommend paying a visit to Talulahs. It is a hidden gem in Kennett and a bright spot in our community. So don't let the small space or long lines deter you. Trust me, the experience and the flavors are well worth it."
