"Five Guys is an amazing restaurant. The quality of the business as a whole was award worthy during my visit to this location. The restaurant was very clean. Everything was situated very neatly. The employees were very polite and helpful. The environment was bright professional. The menus were clear as to what the varieties were for you to order. The quality of the food stood above most that I 've had in quite some time. My burger was just downright delicious. I am whatcyou can call 'A Fry Guy ' and these french fries tasted like they were freshly cut and homemade. They were definitely cooked fresh aftercmy order was placed andcthey came from real potatoes and not some processed food facilities basement."

"The servers sweet and were trying to keep up considering they were short staffed... The table was dirty, looked like it was wiped down with a dirty rag.. The food was awful..we ordered the ribeye steak..it was awful had to smother it in steak sauce just to be able to eat it.. the salad was good but the balsamic dressing was straight vinegar.. took our breath trying to eat it..I had the crab cakes and shrimp.. the crab was very bland and under cook the shrimp was the same..I also ordered a grilled chicken salad..it was ok.. not sure if we just caught them on a bad evening or what but our experience was a 2 out of 5... don't think I will ever go back and sure I want recommended it.. the owners son asked how everything was and I told him it was not good he just laughed me off..I told him i hated to leave a bad review..he or someone should have came and talked with us about our experience he acted like he really didn't care..we live almost 4 hours away...I highly recommend Lagrange it's a beautiful place lots to take in..I would not recommend the cart?"

"Great place for a good grill, which is later opened as 6. The staff was very friendly and helpful for suggestions for food. There was the bomb! The best green hands down. The lemonade was so sweet and refreshing!! The pulled pork sandwich was so tender and of course they had a nice selection of additional BBQ sauces that you could put on it. Many dishes and day specialties!! The buttermilk tenderers were freshly sprinkled and nicely crispy. The sweet potato was huge and naturally tasted perfect, not too muddy. They are highly recommended for catering as they are parties and big events. The restaurant was clean and the toilets. Check them and support local businesses"

"Fast delicious lunch. Our usual lunch break as long as the moats...we have our favorites and not-so-faves from the daily menu. As far as sandwich sites go...WHEN IT'S GOOD, IT'S GREAT, if it's not-so-good the staff is fast to make it right. We are always greeted with kindness and smiles and served in a timely fashion so that the Red Pepper is a good place if you don't have much time for lunch. Even if they are lined out of the door, we never wait very long until our food is served. As it is enough to be regular guests."

"I used to enjoy Starbucks a lot, however, they have gone downhill a lot over the years. First and foremost, this store has shortened its hours and closes almost 2 hours earlier than previously. This is frustrating as I use to always stop by after work. Secondly, the price has absolutely skyrocketed to get anything here. It’s absolutely insane to pay so much money for a drink that lasts no more than 10 minutes. Starbucks used to be pretty efficient when it came to waiting in line, however, now you can most definitely expect to wait a minimum of 10 minutes in line and for them to get something wrong with your order. Lastly, the employees I have encountered here are very unfriendly and do not give off those good barista vibes that Starbucks always used to have throughout the years. I highly recommend visiting another coffee shop if you have one to visit and taking your business elsewhere."

"I visit this area once a year and stumbled upon this restaurant by chance, as it isn't in the vicinity of my usual work location during my stay. I was pleasantly surprised by how delicious the food was; I tried the pork plate with a side of Brunswick stew and baked beans. Our waitress, Tina, was very friendly and provided excellent service throughout our meal. If you have the opportunity, I highly recommend stopping by to give them a try."

"I usually like this location although they are usually out of a lot of items and the associates are hit or miss on their customer service but usually tolerable but today, their rudeness was above par and when asking for a receipt, the lack of concern for the printer being out of paper was next to none. I think if she 'd rolled her eyes any harder, they would have stuck. I can usually let a lot of things go if the customer service is good as you can tell from my reviews and I always treat people with the respect I want but that definitely didn 't work today. "The fat (whatever it was) is in the drive-thru, where I believe the manager was upset because I went to the second window to pay after nobody was at the first window. After my order was taken, things seemed to calm down. If employees are not at their station doing their job, they should not be angry with customers who are just trying to pay for their food. It is not my fault that they are working a job typically held by high schoolers, but that is no reason to be rude to someone simply trying to grab a quick meal. It is disappointing to see that Burger King seems indifferent towards disabled veterans."

I thought this was going to take forever but lo behold there were 3 lines every employee were at their designated are did a fabulous job to accommodate their customers. "My wife and I went to Taco Bell in LaGrange, GA at 6 PM on May 24th. When we arrived, we found the restaurant to be dirty with a worker sleeping on one of the tables. There were 5 people behind the counter, but no one was working the register. Instead, we were directed to use the kiosk to place our order, which meant we couldn't ask any questions about how to customize our meals. It took a while for our order to be ready, but when we finally received our food, we found it to be cold and stale with only half portions. The small cups of cheese we ordered were less than half full, the chicken soft tacos had only 2 pieces of chicken and a small sprinkle of lettuce, and the tortillas tasted and felt as if they were 3 days old - stiff, brittle, and cracked. For 3 meals (my wife, myself, and our son), we paid nearly $40. The prices were high, especially considering the poor quality of the food and the lack of service. None of the employees seemed happy to be there, which was a stark contrast to other fast food chains where employees are always smiling and eager to help customers feel welcome. This experience was disappointing and has made us decide not to return to Taco Bell. As someone who grew up loving Taco Bell, this visit truly ruined our perception of the restaurant."

"My husband and I visited today for some light snacks. He ordered the venom-flavored wings, while I opted for the yard bird chicken tacos. Unfortunately, my tacos were quite dry, as you can see in the picture. They also forgot to include the lettuce and fried jalapeños, so I had to ask for them to bring those out on a separate plate. I really don't understand why they would serve obviously dry tacos in the first place. As a chef, I would always check the food before it goes out. As for my husband’s dish, it was quite disappointing as well. The sauce was overly watery, lacking any real flavor, and certainly didn’t live up to the name "venom." The fried jalapeños ended up being the highlight of the meal; I really wish I had just ordered those instead."

"The owner/general manager was operating the drive-thru with a young teenager and drive-thru was moving so slow I know just the 12 minutes that I sat in the Drive-Thru before it became my turn to order, at least five cars drove away. I ordered $50 worth of food got the order stopped to check it missing our grilled shrimp, drive-thru still wrapped around the building had to go inside to get the grill shrimp and the condiments that I asked for that I did not receive there was several people inside waiting to get their food and/order, finally got to eat the food and it was just warm, cheese sticks were not hot.the cheese had already melted out some and it was solid not gooey cheesy, the rest was fairly decent but by far not the best Captain D's food I've had, to have the owner general manager whatever he was actually working brings great disappointment because him being right there front center should have made sure the food was correct, hot and fresh."

"I ordered a $16 ramen expecting actual, genuine ramen due to how expensive it was. Instead I got something that consisted of carrot, bacon, and alfalfa sprout scraps along with a side of a mysterious pink stuff, none of which are in traditional ramen. I'm actually impressed with how un-ramen-like it was.There was barely even any broth (hardly any at all), the noodles were cheap from the packet, and there was absolutely zero flavor. Not a single part of this was even remotely ramen like, and I cannot emphasize this more. I could've gone to Walmart and bought a 16 pack of instant ramen for much cheaper and gotten a much more delicious meal.Along with this, I also ordered kimchi. What I got was not kimchi in the slightest. It was as though they bought lettuce from the store, slathered it in gochujang, added in a heaping amount of sugar, and called it a day. I'm almost afraid to see what the other Asian meals from this place look like.TLDR; Do not waste your money on the ramen."
