"Now, the worst Subway experience I 've ever had. I go regularly to buy my elderly mom a veggie sandwich and 2 cookies. On multiple occasions, they 've forgotten the cookies. The most recent time, I filled out the customer survey and mentioned they forgot the cookies. Couple weeks later, the local manager sent me two coupons for a cookie each.The problem started when I redeemed them. The nice kid didn 't know what to do, so he asked the lady he was working with about it. She interrogated me about the coupons, and when I replied that the local store sent them to me, she asked me again, I repeated myself and then stated they sent them because they forgot my cookies on a previous order . As I walked out the door, the little shrew made some comment about crying about cookies or some such. I wasn 't even rude about it, but bet I will be now.Original review: For Subway, this store has a few quality issues, but it 's still what you normally expect from Subway."
