Unfortunately, the driver did not call beforehand, and we barely noticed his arrival. After rushing down three flights of stairs to meet him before he left with our food, we attempted to pay the $25 total in cash. However, he informed us that he had no change at all. As a result, we ended up paying FORTY dollars for a salad and a sub, since we couldn’t break a $20 without any change. Moreover, they forgot the extra dressing we had ordered. We work in the service industry as well, and it’s frustrating to encounter such unpreparedness. Every one of your drivers should have some change on hand. What was meant to be a simple and cheap meal at home turned into a stressful experience, and now I regret taking the time to write this review. We won’t be ordering from Marco’s again."
