"Is this place under new management? Or am I the only sober person leaving a review? The food was decent, but the portions were embarrassingly small, almost kid-sized. The entire place smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, which was unpleasant. I had to use the flashlight on my phone to read the menu because it was so dark inside. The waitress seemed completely lost and often responded with, "I'm honestly not sure… I’m new here." I get that she’s new, but couldn’t someone check in with her to help out? My issue isn’t with her specifically; it’s clear she was struggling. However, the other staff who were on duty didn’t seem to care enough to assist her or check on the customers. Lessons learned, I guess..."
