"Love this place! The food is always good, hot and consistent! I have Celiac Disease (gluten allergy , and they have a good selection of Gluten Free items. When I called to place an order and mentioned my gluten allergy, she was very reassuring about their gluten safety and even recommended other GF items that I didn’t even think to ask about, assuming they would not be GF. (like the Scallion Pancakes! Side note for any new visitors: If you are not familiar with Thai spice levels, I recommend starting light! Thai food is notoriously spicy. I can handle a decent amount of heat, and even the “Light” spice is a little too much for me lol. Lesson learned, “Very Light” is now my go-to! Service: Takeaway Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20"

"We stopped in for lunch after a hike and were impressed by the beautiful location and friendly staff. We started with a large simple salad, big enough to share between 2-3 people. The crab toast, while popular, was good but not outstanding - the yuzu flavor got lost among the other flavors. Disappointed by the cheese selection, which was just a small wedge of cheese, a few crackers, and a bit of jam for $20. We suggest going to a local shop for a better selection at the same price. We missed out on a special being offered to another guest nearby because we weren't informed of it. Make sure to ask about any specials to avoid missing out like we did."

"Chef Szilvia prepares an incredible meatball Pepperoni with spaghetti, and her signature King Prawn and Pepperoni spaghetti served with long-stem broccoli and tomato sauce showcases the artistry of Italian cooking, balancing flavor and ingredient combinations beautifully. This dish is a must-try! It's a lovely spot for lunch, especially paired with a glass of Prosecco. For starters, the King Prawn Bruschetta and Parma Ham Bruschetta are fantastic choices to enjoy with Prosecco. Chef Dario also impresses with his perfectly cooked sea bass, boasting crispy skin and impeccable quality control. The King Prawn and Tomato Bugatoni is adorned with a hint of lemon, creating a delightful flavor fusion. If you're in the mood for something hearty, the Sirloin Steak pairs wonderfully with Montepulciano red wine, which offers medium tannins, high acidity, and fruity notes without being sweet. Expect aromas of wild cherry, blackberry, boysenberry, and plums. The restaurant features a variety of seating options, including bar seats with an open view of the historic Corn Exchange building, ensuring a pleasant dining atmosphere. Don’t miss out on this culinary gem!"

"I typically try to stay positive in my reviews, but I have to be honest about my experience at this restaurant. I had high expectations, but unfortunately, it was the worst dining experience I've had in a long time. I went on Valentine's Day and was disappointed to find that our waiter was not familiar with the menu. When we asked about certain items, he didn't even bother to check. The table next to us asked the same question, and he made the effort to find out and give them a quick response. Whenever we asked for something, he would tell us to take our time, which I found to be quite rude. The food that was served was not worth the money spent. The chicken parmigiana looked like a flat, flavorless pancake, and the Burrata cheese was average at best, especially when paired with the bread. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone and have no plans to return. I would much rather go to Max's where I can get better food and service for less money. The restaurant itself is beautiful, but unfortunately, everything else was a disappointment. I hope this review helps others in making their dining choices."

"Had a great dinner at Firefly. The mark of a great restrauant…. they don’t have a Mai Tai on the menu but they made one for my husband that was delicious and my purple haze was strong and devine! We were debating on the go-go bread for an app and N8 our waiter brought me out a taste of the Gorgonzola fondue to try because I do not like Gorgonzola cheese. That is a great waiter! He was attentive and gave great suggestions! The bartender, Nicko made the best cocktails, very flavorful and potent! Apps were the go-go bread and caprese- both so good, but I forgot to get pictures! Dinner was the flank steak special with mashed potatoes, broccolini and the Gorgonzola sauce for my husband- I think he almost licked the plate! I had the scallops with a pesto risotto and a balsamic drizzle. Along with a second cocktail- the lavender gin gimlet- all of it was soooooo good! We split a peanut butter pie for dessert, which like the rest of the meal was wonderful! Highly recommend Firefly- you won’t be disappointed!"

"We had molasses glazed duck wings for an appetizer—we were pleasantly surprised at their flavor, and they were very tender. I got the buffalo chicken sandwich and he got the Cuban. We were both very happy with our sandwiches, although I wasn’t a huge fan of all the lime in the slaw on the chicken. Other than that, portion size was large and the proteins were very tender and flavorful. The cuban Panini was definitely the bite of the night! for cocktails, we got a maple bacon old-fashioned and a “not too shabby”. Both were delicious "

"If you’re looking for a cozy yet slightly sophisticated atmosphere combined with locally sourced, homemade, delicious food where you’re treated as an important guest, then Bistro on Main is for you. My husband and I recently enjoyed dinner and cocktails there. As soon as we walked into the restaurant, we were greeted by the bartender Jess. She was kind and very welcoming. A few minutes later the manager came over to ask us how everything was.Good conversation. Great food. Excellent atmosphere. And, it’s all for a good cause."

"I absolutely adore this restaurant! The staff is welcoming and attentive, the food is delicious with generous portions, and they even provide complimentary breadsticks and sauce. It is definitely worth the price. My grandson Liam insists on returning, he loves the pizza slices and the meatball on the wall. I have to admit, we dine in or order takeout from here quite frequently. We just love it!"

"Another excellent meal at Cotton. We've been times now and they've all been noteworthy experiences. We were seated immediately, there was a bit of a delay before Summer, our server, arrived but not long. She was very attentive and knowledgeable, excellent service throughout. We started with drinks, a local beer from Abel Ebenezer and a peach and orange blossom Cosmo, which arrived in a timely manner. For an appetizer we had the Tuna Tataki which was superb. A perfect, light, blend of savory, sweet, and spicy with succulent tender seared tuna. For an entree I had the Delmonico steak, cooked medium rare at the chefs recommendation and my wife had the Atlantic Salmon. My steak was the first expensive steak I've had in years that measured up. The mushroom red wine sauce was a perfect pairing and only enhanced the flavor of the meat. It was cooked perfectly and the carrots and mashed potatoes were a tasty surprise of bright flavors. My wife's salmon was cooked perfectly as well. Flaky and moist. It's served with sweet corn and potato gnocchi and baby tomatoes. A delicious sweet compliment to the creamy herb butter on the fish. For dessert we enjoyed a rich dark chocolate torte (flour less but apparently not gluten free and the dolce freddo, a pistachio gelato with raspberry remoulade and pistachios on top. The torte was decadent and too rich to finish after such a great meal so we brought half home. I was staggered at the amount of gelato and didn't finish mine either, though it unfortunately wouldn't survive the ride home. Overall, the meal was fantastic and I would do it exactly the same all over again. It's worth noting that this was a very expensive meal. Including another beer we just barely missed by mere cents before tip. Worth every penny in my opinion"

"Every time I visit, she gives me a menacing glare and speaks to me rudely. I can't continue to support a place where I feel threatened, especially since Soulvakis used to be such a welcoming environment during my childhood. It’s disappointing to see how things have changed. I’m only 23 years old, but I remember the warmth and friendliness of the staff from my visits in the past, even towards my family. Until this issue is resolved, I will be declining all deliveries and orders from Soulvakis. I just want to feel comfortable when I go out to eat. "

"I went here with my omni family members and was worried because I'm a new vegan and everything had cheese on the entree menu. Usually I worry about bothering people by asking to modify things because at some places people seem put out, but the waitress was super helpful! She said that the bread that they serve at the table is vegan (and offered to bring hummus or something else to dip it in instead of the oil. I'm not sure if the olive oil had cheese in it or if she is just used to plant-based oil free vegans as are the chickpea ragu and the cold vegetable appetizers. The Moroccan lentil stew with stuffed eggplant is also vegan if you ask to leave off the tzaziki, and that is what I got and it was DELICIOUS! I normally dislike the texture of eggplant and find it slimy, but in this dish it was excellent. An omni person I was dining with also got a vegetarian dinner special, which was a stuffed acorn squash and kale salad that could have been easily veganized as well and he raved about it. Although we didn't have room, there was a vegan chocolate banana cake on the menu. I would definitely go back if looking for a place to accommodate both Omni and veg*n diners!"

"I was eager to try Campo after it was taken over by new owners. My family and I had been regulars at this Manchester restaurant for many years, so we were unsure about the changes. However, we were pleasantly surprised. The new owner and manager were very welcoming and checked in on us multiple times to ensure we were pleased with our meal. Some of the original staff members and chefs have continued under the new ownership, and it shows. Our waitress was outstanding, despite being very busy. From the moment we walked in until we left, we enjoyed every moment. The food was exceptional and tasted just as delicious as it did before. While we will always miss Edward, the previous owner, we are glad that Campo continues to thrive under its new management."

"The ambiance is nice, but it was way too loud! We could hardly hear each other speaking. The music was irritating and at too high a level. Highly recommend lowering the noise and music levels and putting in sound barriers, like carpeting, etc. The waitress was very sweet and provided good service. Thanks for asking for input."

"great atmosphere. the kitchen was slow. serving very small at the price. eating is very tasty and very well made. if they eat regular portions or large portions, order them to start eating (short rib afteros to die for- so good,) can costly for smaller dishes. we were a party of 5 ordered an app should have ordered 2 but around 15.00 per....hmm feeds 2, 3 max. the birthday boy has left after ordering the fish hunger and the flour less cake lasted over 20 minutes to get to the table. we wanted to check when it finally arrived. do not wait for a personal problem, but kitchen. which personal is friendly and attentive. lively place, clean, right in the city. very tasty and tasty eating, simply not enough for cost."

"I had heard such great things about this place, so I stopped by with my mom before a show at the Palace Theater. Honestly, it was just eh The food was fine but was WAY to expensive for what we got. The $15 Santorini octopus app was a bunch of arugula with maybe 6 pieces of octopus in it. The octopus was tasty, and cooked well... But $15? Eh. My mom wanted a kebab and some grilled veggies. When she ordered, they were out of the veggies, so she had to choose another side. The waiter pointed her to the salads, which were around $12 apiece. She said she didn't want anything that big, but he told her it was ok because the salads were small. She just kind of joked that $12 for a small salad was kind of expensive. He just kind of stared at her. She just said that she go with a side of fries and he said, Ah. Cheap took our menus and walked away. Uhm.... What? This guy had zero personality. Come to find out, he was the OWNER! Seriously? There's better Mediterranean down the street at Republic. I'm happy to spend money on good food and service, but this place disappointed in both."

"Bui has quickly become our new favorite restaurant! We visited on a busy Friday night around 8 PM and were seated right away. Although our server kindly warned us that our food might take a bit longer due to the crowd, we ended up not waiting long at all. We tried the fried dumplings, shaved beef pho, and spicy duck, and everything was fantastic—especially the duck. The variety of sauces that accompanied our dishes enhanced the flavors wonderfully. To top it all off, we were surprised with a complimentary dessert to celebrate the lunar new year: sticky rice with banana and coconut cream. It was absolutely delicious! We can’t wait to return!"

"The menu boasts a range of flavors, from Philly Cheese Steak to American Chop Suey, but I opted for the classic Bacon Cheddar Mac. It features crispy smoky bacon bits, layers of sharp-to-mild cheddar, and a delectable toasted mozzarella topping. Every dish comes sizzling hot in a cast iron skillet, fresh from the kitchen. I also tried a side of cheesy broccoli, which was equally delightful. The restaurant's interior is clean and welcoming, exuding a fun, Instagram-worthy vibe with a wall adorned with customer artwork, many pieces referencing pop culture and memes that sing the praises of their meals. The service is prompt and friendly, and the only downside is not having enough room to sample every mac and cheese variety in one visit! Luckily, they offer takeout (Take n' Bake!). If you’re in Manchester, you shouldn’t miss this gem! It’s a fantastic option for family dining, even for the pickiest eaters, and it will surely impress food lovers."
