"Where to start,, my wife and I went there on Christmas eve because we had been there before and knew the food was good but this time the service was terrible from the moment we walked in the door. We arrived at 6:45pm for a reservation and wasn't able to leave until 9:00pm causing us to miss the rest of our plans for the evening.
