"I ordered the Veal Parmesan, and I was thrilled to discover it was real veal! It’s quite rare to find that, especially in a small family restaurant in Moore, Oklahoma. The veal was the best I’ve had in recent memory. I did sprinkle some table parmesan on my spaghetti—apologies, but I prefer my spaghetti sauce a bit spicy!
Honestly, this restaurant would do exceptionally well on Beltline Rd. in Addison, Texas, which is known for its high-end restaurants in the Dallas Metroplex. My $15 veal would easily sell for $30 there, not to mention extra charges. The background music, reminiscent of Sinatra—perhaps a younger version—was enjoyable, and the service was comparable to upscale dining.
Overall, it’s an excellent place to have a delicious, home-cooked Italian meal at an affordable price. My dinner included Veal Parmesan with spaghetti, a house salad with dressing, rolls, and drinks—Blue Moon beer followed by White Zinfandel. I found the wine paired much better with the meal than the beer.
