"No matter how cautious you are in communicating special requests to the staff, it seems irrelevant. The wrong items appear without fail, and the servers, despite their friendly demeanor, often mistakenly deliver meals to the wrong tables. It’s as if we’re eating while surrounded by a cloud of confusion. When expressing concerns, Andrew, the manager, often shows up. Unfortunately, he doesn’t inspire confidence; he struggles with even the simplest customer feedback and tends to offer excuses rather than solutions.
As for the food, it's decent but overpriced for what you get, with a strict control on portion sizes. The cheeseburgers tend to be overly salty and slippery, while the salads are generally acceptable. However, I'd advise against the pizza. They have a few good specials, including fish and chips and pulled chicken. The Sunday brunch, conversely, feels like a complete rip-off, and their fresh orange juice is hardly better than Minute Maid.
After being closed for a few weeks, we hoped for improvement, but the experience was still disappointing. The live entertainment was more like the sounds of Yekkle and Jerry arguing in an alley than anything appealing. The cocktails are average at best, and the desserts leave much to be desired, often using questionable ingredients. Overall, the visit was a letdown, and we left feeling unsatisfied."
