"Really happy to have this new place. I finally have a good option if I don't feel like driving into town. I want to give 4.5 stars if I could. It's too good to give only 4 stars. I stretch out and give 5 stars because the property and the staff are so nice and make a really excellent broth. See my few suggestions below to my list of rare true five star institutions. In general, have eaten pho and vietnamese in exactly every institution in and out of the city philadelphia, as well as Southeast Asia... and this new place is good things. I'm a noodle addict and supporter. Very well made pho with beautifully developed taste and authentic herbal and spice notes as other options in the tombs. I like that they do not bashful with their star anise, fennel, etc. ... beef, brisket and tendon all very fresh and very beautifully cooked. Even better was the rabbit ****. One of the three top returns I had, including the best south philly and northeast options. Only something was missing was the pig ****, but I think they would have left it for the brides and for fear that some people out here might not get it... maybe a few authentic also Vietnamese herbs for garnish... the same story. That I appreciate the rabbit so high, despite the two omissions mentioned above, says a lot. This is really good broth, with fresh soft brisket and lots of taste. Really beautiful property that is clear about their business and the product they offer. Just a touch of five stars. A few suggestions to earn a five star rating: 1. A small larger part... this was sufficient, but not as big as other places. (A little more noodles, broth and tendon, please. However, beef content was perfect. 2. Need some chili paste/oil or chilis in vinegar for those looking for the real deal. Sriracha on the table is a start, and Sambal is available on request, but I missed with a good hot chilli oil or homemade chilli paste or chili in vinegar. 3. You definitely make authentic broth and know your Vietnamese... so don't worry to offer people in suburbs the product you would make for people in Vietnam city. Good food is good food and people will like it. In any case, I'm going back to try the Bo-Kho for the future. I can say by the taste of the bungalow Bo hue that the Bo kho will be good. Surprise me with the hot chilli viegar/sauce I would have on the table in vietnam and you will surely get a five star rating next time."

"Was in the area on a late midweek night, we hadn 't gotten dinner yet and found this gem. It 's technically a bar imo with decent sized tables. But who am I to complain since the food was tasty. The General Tso 's popcorn cauliflower appetizer was super crunchy and my wife who hates that vegetable actually loved this. So I 'd call that a good surprise. The wings that we also shared were impressive. I thought it was just going to be wings tossed in a sauce but the General Tso 's Chicken flavor was pretty spot on. It had a tiny bit of heat but nothing I don 't think anyone couldn 't handle. I personally would have enjoyed it with a bit more heat, but that 's just me. We had such a good time talking and snacking by the time our orders were at our table we just dived into our main dishes. My Orzo veggie bowl was delicious and perfectly prepared, I actually skipped adding meat to it and was pleasantly surprised that it stood out on its own. Was told that the Ghandi burger was soOoOO good! They were considering the Impossible burger but said they would absolutely order this again. I didn 't get any response from my other mates because we stayed longer than usual on a weekday night. We all went our separate ways but I definitely have to say that the food was scrumptious. I do however feel like the staff, as friendly and helpful as they were had been sitting in the corner periodically staring at us which was kinda uncomfortable for some. And since they were there you 'd think they 'd stop by to refill drinks etc, nope. None of us had alcohol so we assumed that is why we didn 't get noticed. It was a huge deal but I 'd definitely ask why they don 't have an employee breakroom or they didn 't just sit in a back booth. They just casually and continually stared at our direction and it was very awkward. However for sure don 't let that scare you off going here. It should be on your list of places. Considering right next door is a 'Alcohol Bodega ' of sorts. I just kinda wish we had access to eat in there too (three TV 's were on in the restaurant). I imagine during the weekend 's this place is packed. On a side note they did have seating outside but we weren 't sure if you could sit there. They even have those tall heater 's next to the tables with a plastic wall for the wind and sun. We plan on coming here again for sure. Maybe sneak peek on mother 's day since my wife enjoyed it so much. As my mom would say: τρώω (tróo), ολοκληρώνω (olokliróno)"
