Sitting upstairs and listening to her play is one of pour favorite places to be. We wish there were some little couches up there so we could sit and relax and listen to her all night!"

"Our server was rude throughout the evening. At first, we thought he was just being humorous and laughed along, but as the night progressed, we found ourselves feeling increasingly upset. He carelessly cleared away our champagne and tea, insisting that we move our champagne to the center of the table because he was uncomfortable with us having it there. When my friend requested a tea refill, he remarked something to the effect of, “Wow, they really despise this alcohol.” This made my friend anxious, and when she inquired if there was any alcohol in the tea, his response was, “That was sweet, and it clearly fell through.” When he returned to replace the tea, he stared at my friend until she finally said, “I’m waiting for you to take that stray and pour it into the new glass.” This behavior made us quite uncomfortable until we asked for boxes for our leftover food. He seemed offended and said, “You’re suddenly full?” I genuinely hope his behavior was meant as playful humor that we simply didn’t understand, but his professionalism with other tables contrasted sharply with his attitude toward us, making it feel personal. As we were likely the youngest couple in the restaurant, we wondered if he noticed this and tried to highlight the age difference. In the end, our bill came to $250, including the 20% tip that was automatically added. We didn’t feel that our experience was worth this amount, and given how we were treated, we would not have tipped the full 20%. We are disappointed that the glowing reviews we had heard were not reflected in our experience."

"I eat in at Guacamayas when I can. Today I didn't have time so I placed an order to go. They were very quick. I arrived 20 minutes after placing the order and it was ready. I ordered steak fajitas and they were hot when I arrived home. So many times when you place a to go order you don't seem to get everything you do when you dine in. Not true at Guacamayas. I had a huge helping of fajita steak, peppers, onion, rice, beans, pico, guacamole, sour cream, chips and salsa, all under $10.00. Wonderful, friendly employees, delicious, fresh food and the coldest beer around!"

"There were so many delicious options to choose from at this restaurant! I finally decided on a chicken sandwich and yams, and it did not disappoint. The meal was incredible, and I couldn't pass up trying the dessert as well. I was so full by the end of my meal that I had to get my dessert to go, but I'm glad I did because the strawberry cake was absolutely delicious! The staff were also very kind and attentive. I had a great experience overall."

"AMAZING!!!!There is plenty of parking, and bathrooms inside.Amazing facility! Portions of your purchase all go toward helping Women survivors of trafficking and addiction. Everyone is happy here, and extremely helpful! Just lovely. You are happy by just being in there! The positivity is contagious! There is a store attached with super cute stuff everywhere. Lots of seating, and outdoor seating available. We got the Turkey bacon sandwich, steak sandwich and chicken salad sandwich. I also got the harvest bowl with a scoop of chicken salad (because I love chicken salad! Gluten free bread and other options available! Sometimes they say gluten free and they mean a salad but this one has gluten free bread choices for the sandwiches too. Not sure what brand GF though. The Brie grilled cheese sounded amazing. They were all amazing sandwiches and my harvest bowl was delicious! I love goat cheese sweet potato and Brussel sprouts so I was very happy. Only thing to report was the pesto pasta (not GF was not a winner. My parents said it lacked flavor. They didn't end up eating after a bite. BUT I love this place so much I would say get their delicious side salad with goat cheese! Or their other many side options. All items came with home made pickles!Amazing place, love the mission and the vibe. Great food too!"

"My BFF and I went to see Psychedelic Furs show. We had a fast pass and had no waiting in line. It was a smooth entry into the venue. We were greeted by a hostess when we entered the building and she directed us to the venue area. We had no problem getting a drink/cocktail. Service is credited card only. The show was General admission on the floor area. We had no problem watching the band from our view which was approximately halfway to the stage area. The sound system sounded great to us. The restrooms are easily accessible on the main floor area. The clientele was joyful and courteous and we had a great time. The venue itself was clean and felt very safe. We would highly recommend Brooklyn Bowl Nashville."

"This place was so bad. The dishes was flavorless and bland. It tasted like cafeteria food, premade, canned and heated up. Could have found tastier hummus from the grocery store shelf and better dishes at the WholeFoods hot bar. Their tapas came with two tiny slices of pita. The portions were small and everything was overpriced for the quality. So many other great restaurants in Nashville, I wouldn't come back. Definitely avoid going here unless you want to be disappointed. Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2"

"We attended Jeff Rubys for an anniversary and everything was outstanding! The Mac and cheese and mashed potatoes were outstanding as well as steak and salmon! Servers gave great recommendations while keeping conversation minimal with us so we could enjoy ourselves. We also got the air force one cake and WOW was it amazing. A cake that looked identical to the shoe! Worth every penny and an amazing experience! Another family member booked reservations to try for themselves! We will be back."

"We stopped here on a cross country drive, famished for some delicious vegan food in the South. Boy, we weren’t disappointed! We ordered the chorizo burrito, tostadas, and sides of seitan bacon and grilled veggies. Serving sizes were generous and the food itself was perfection. The servers were also a delight very friendly! One even came outside to pet our dogServers kindly filled our travel cooler with some ice and packed our food to go for the road. Had great gf de notations and a separate nut free menu."

"Such a great little deli! We stumbled upon this location as part of a trolley tour around Nashville and absolutely loved the lunch here! The counter-service deli team was friendly and efficient and the lunch spot would be the sort of deli you could hit up all the time if you lived or worked in the area. I opted for the BLT which was served on toasted sourdough and featured perfectly crisp bacon and salt and pepper along with mayo. A perfectly constructed BLT! Others in the party all raved about their sandwiches and not a single complaint was heard. The menu board had some really awesome sounding options and if I were to find myself back at Southern Engine Deli there would be more than a few options that I'd look to try. Chips, snacks and bottled drinks were all available and there were a few salad options also available for order. Ample seating options available in the deli and the crowd of customers moved through the deli line swiftly and with smiles on their faces. Highly recommend checking out this deli!"

"Travelling through TN, we were thrilled to arrive at AVO, a shipping container with avocados painted all over. Rory was our waiter. Sooo patient and thorough. Explained everything. Crab cakes. Decaf chai, mushroom bourginon, big ass dumpling, mango and chocolate raw fluten free cheesecake. We floated outta there like it was Thanksgiving, so grateful. So happy! The staff had, for example, fishnets w bats and shorts, I saw pink hair and everyone was happy to be alive, in this gorgeous, gourmet, compassionate place! Fabuloso!"

"Updated Review My family and I went in to Voodoo Gumbo this evening and ordered our food to go. We were greeted by a very friendly hostess who showed us to the To Go counter. I did ask for Herb who greeted us with a smile. After we ordered, I took a look around and the decor was very inviting, as was the music! All of the staff was friendly and interacted with our kids. Now for the food! If you get the beignets, eat them right away! They really were delicious and fresh. I didn’t want to risk waiting to get home so I tasted mine in the car. We also got the shrimp Po’ boy, catfish with hot fries, and seafood gumbo, all of which was great! Thank you for Herb and the VG staff for the amazing service and food! We’ll absolutely be back! Original Review: 3 Stars The food was pretty good but the beignets were not giving Cafe Du Monde. They were pretty dry and lacked taste. The fried shrimp fries and catfish atchafalaya tasted great. We also got a hurricane and it was definitely New Orleans worthy. I’ll go again but try a different dessert."

"I came across this unpretentious place while driving along the highway and couldn’t resist stopping after seeing its high ratings. I’m glad I did—it did not disappoint! The restaurant offers counter service with outdoor picnic tables and an enclosed seating area. The atmosphere is fantastic, and the food is exceptional. The smoked duck and turkey are among the best-smoked meats I’ve tasted in Nashville, even compared to the local BBQ spots. This has become a new favorite of mine!"

"I remember when it first opened; the owner, Rob, really knew how to deliver excellent service and food. However, the quality has declined significantly. Now, the service is quite poor, and the food is at best mediocre. Rob's son seems to be running the place into the ground. I had to ask them to redo a steak that was undercooked (and as you know, I have high standards for steak), and the waitress responded by getting upset. It's clear this has happened before, but when they finally brought it back, it was all cut up as if they were checking it or something. I had requested a steak that looked more presentable because I like to share photos of great food and drink spots. To my surprise, the owner's son asked me to leave. I will not return to a place that refuses to remake a dish they served incorrectly; I have never experienced such unfriendly service before. Overall, Sedona is one of the last places I would recommend for dinner in Germantown. For a great burger, try Jack Brown’s; for the best mac and cheese, go to Waldo’s. The Optimist and Le Loup offer some of the finest seafood in the city, and if you’re vegan or just love delicious pizza, check out 312 Pizza Company. There are so many fantastic options in Germantown, so don’t settle!"

"Forget the drinks. I'm sure they are good, too, but these Sambusas are DANGEROUS. If you like food, you might develop an eating disorder by trying these. Cheetos are Dangerously Cheesy, but these are dangerously YUMMY. The people are nice, but if you call in a big order, it may take a little longer than expected. However, I'm giving them 5 stars because a lack of planning on my part does not make an emergency for them. They did great!"

"Jeni is one of my fav places to get ice! Especially this place was great. It is conveniently located at Eastland Ave in East Nashville. There is a huge parking right in front (which is difficult to get in Nashville in general). There are tons of seats both inside and outside, which is also a huge plus. When we got in, it smells ah-mazing! They made fresh waffle cones at the time and it was so cool to watch. They had a lot of flavors to choose, as usual, but currently do not allow taste tests by COVID. My favorite thing to get is the 3 Scoop Sampler, so I can try several different. It also comes with a small piece of waffle cone! There are free tap water at the bar near the checkout. They also sell other drinks such as bottle soda. You accept contactless payments like ApplePay!"
