"My husband and I have been coming here for almost 10 years. They have a new owner now, who is lacking alot of customer service skills in the restaurant industry. I was served a hamburger on a MOLDY bun tonight. When I made the waitress aware, she apologized and offered a new one. I declined, my appetite was now gone. We saw the owner at the register, in the kitchen, standing in the corner watching. But she never came an apologized, a simple I'm very sorry would have saved her. I asked the waitress if she told her what had happened and she replied YES. My husband and myself are appalled and will never be returning."
