"We were seated in a designated area for those who wanted to enjoy alcoholic beverages, which I thought was great! After being given our menus, we were offered chips and salsa, with the option to add cheese sauce. We decided to start with their Rainbow Margarita, which was strong and absolutely delicious.
My husband ordered the Steak Mexican, adding grilled shrimp and cheese sauce, while I went for the shrimp chimichanga. The food was beautifully presented and looked fantastic! My husband was really enjoying his meal, but he wasn't happy that they didn't ask him how he wanted his steak cooked.
The first bite of my chimichanga was delicious, but the second was a bit off. By the third bite, I chose to dip it in the sour cream that was garnished on my plate along with guacamole, beans, and lettuce. Let me tell you, something was definitely wrong with that chimichanga! I nearly gagged and had to spit it out. I ended up downing the rest of my margarita and the shrimp inside my burrito as a way to cope. They seriously need to check their expiration dates because this experience really turned me off!"
