"Perhaps we hit them on a bad day, but it was noon on a Saturday, the place just opened w/ little patronage. My son, who's gone here before, raved about this place. It took far too long, at the bar, to get a beer and the wings were way over cooked and under sauced. I'm willing to give this place a 2nd chance, but I'm not impressed at this point! I had much higher hopes. On a positive, the place is very welcoming and looks well maintained. I certainly appreciate your response. Being 3 seats away, you would have noticed both, my son and I looking around to place our drink order, wondering where the waitstaff was. I understand you will attempt to rectify your position and the reflection of this review. I truly hope, that should I return to your establishment, the timeliness of your waitstaff improves. In all honesty, the establishment is very nice, the waitstaff friendly, and I'm sure, aside from this visit, the food is exceptional. I wish you and your business great successes!"
