"For lunch, I opted for takeout, and I was pleasantly surprised by the affordability—my meal cost between $1 and $10. As for the food, I would rate it a perfect 5 out of 5. The atmosphere also deserves a 5 out of 5 for its welcoming vibe. I highly recommend trying the Ice Cream Cone, Fresh Salad, their Basic Chicken Sandwich, Chick-Fil-A Chick-N-Strips, Breakfast Sandwich, 8 Count Chicken Nuggets, Sauce, Kale and Nuggets, Market Salad, Chick-Fil-A Waffle Potato Fries, Spicy Deluxe, Cobb Salad, Combo Toasted Buns with a Side Salad and 4 Strips, and the Deluxe Spicy Chicken Sandwich. Don’t forget to indulge in the Chocolate Fudge Brownie for dessert! Additionally, there is plenty of parking available, and it's conveniently located in a free parking lot."

"Based on the online order, my food was supposed to be ready in 25-30 minutes; however, I ended up waiting 40 minutes and it still wasn’t ready. The staff member was unhelpful and informed me that it would take another 30 minutes, mentioning that the online timing is always inaccurate. By the time I finally received my food, the fries were cold. This is the third time I’ve experienced this issue, but I suppose I shouldn’t be surprised since it seems to be a common occurrence at Wingstop."

"The app really needs to be fixed. I always need to end up calling the store because when I put that I am here , no body comes outside. I always put curbside bc I have my kiddos and I don't want to be taking them out and then in carrying stuff. But yeah it's just that the system yall use needs to actually work. "I had a terrible experience at Taco Palenque in Palmhurst. The customer service was the worst I've encountered, and there always seems to be an issue with either the menu or the prices. As a long-time customer, I've always enjoyed their food, but lately, I've faced problems such as receiving cold food and discrepancies in prices listed on the menu. The most frustrating part is that there seems to be no manager present to address these issues. When I asked to speak with one, I was told there was never anyone available. I believe there should be someone responsible for overseeing daily operations and ensuring customers are taken care of. Unfortunately, this will be my last visit to this Taco Palenque location, as I am completely disappointed."

"My recent visit to Taco Palenque was far from satisfactory. To start, I was surprised and disgusted to spot a small roach on the cashier’s counter. When I pointed it out to the cashier, their nonchalant response was disappointing. They simply brushed it off, claiming it wasn’t a roach, even though it clearly was. I had to insist that they address the issue. Adding to my disappointment, I ordered their breakfast tacos to-go, and they were incredibly tiny compared to what I remember from past visits. The portion size has significantly shrunk over the years, leaving me feeling shortchanged. While Taco Palenque may have its merits, these cleanliness concerns and reduced portion sizes have left me with a less-than-favorable impression of the restaurant."

"Ordered from the new place in Mission that use to be Oriental Kitchen. Wife went in and got a menu. Here's where it goes bad!!! Was given no choice of soup with meal, except for chicken vegetable without the chicken Ordered the Kung Pao Shrimp it was everything else but that except for 4 pieces of shrimp (Not Kung Pao). Crab puffs were burnt. Guess I should have checked the order before the 15 minute drive home and getting pissed. Glad we didn't eat inside, my wife said that there was two dirty tables one with plates left on it and the other had used silverware on it. The whole time she sat and waited for the food. The two girls working was playing on their phones. Could have been cleaning!! Wife wanted to leave a tip and I said no let's see what it's like first. Thank goodness I didn't waste another $10 on that. No stars on food and atmosphere. 1 star is just for taking the order DEFINITELY WILL NOT RECOMMEND and making sure to tell others to avoid it. "Everything about this place is great, but I have a consistent issue with how they take orders. Every time I place my order, they ask what type of protein I want, and then when I get to the window, they're asking again. Can't they just pay attention? It feels unnecessary to ask three times. For example, I ordered a Jetty Jr with pea protein, and the sequence went like this: "Hi! What type of protein would you like?" I say, "Pea protein." Then it’s, "Jetty Jr with what type of protein?" I have to confirm again, "Pea protein." And once more, "What type of protein would you like?" It's so frustrating, especially when I’ve already provided them with the choices from the menu. Do they even listen when I order? They literally have one job to do! There were no other customers in line—just me! I asked for pea protein, and after multiple confirmations, it's finally acknowledged. This is rather exhausting and gives me a bit of PTSD!"
