"As for Chinese cuisine, General Tso's Chicken is my go-to dish for evaluating restaurants, and it was fantastic here. While not the best I've ever had, it definitely surpassed the average. Sesame Chicken can be a hit or miss for me, but I found it to be quite tasty this time.
A pleasant surprise was discovering what appeared to be a Mongolian grill in the back. I'm not usually a fan of that style, but it allows diners to pick their own raw meat and vegetables to be cooked right in front of them with chosen spices. The restaurant follows COVID guidelines, but more importantly, I noticed that general sanitation practices are taken seriously, which is reassuring.
Update: I finally ordered exactly what I wanted, and it exceeded my expectations. The General Tso's Chicken with Pork Fried Rice was incredibly fresh and so hot that it almost burned my mouth. The rice was beautifully presented and tasted amazing. This certainly made up for any shortcomings at the buffet. If I need to order Chinese food in Paragould, this is definitely where I'll go!"
