"This was our first visit to Hillside Tavern. Upon arrival, we were welcomed by the only server on duty. She was very pleasant and friendly, and despite the fact that she was managing the entire restaurant by herself, her cheerful demeanor never wavered. The food was decent, not outstanding, but they made up for it with their kindness. The restaurant was packed, and even the chef was helping out by delivering plates and cleaning up tables. I'm not sure how it normally operates, but the food took quite a while to arrive since there were only these two people handling everything. We plan to return when the weather is nicer, as I believe they deserve another opportunity."
