"I am a single dad of 5 kids... So I bought 2 large pizzas and an order of wings. I was there to pick up my order before it was finished being made. My house is 8 minutes from the pizza Bella. By the time I got to my house. Both pizzas were cold like they were frozen pre-made pizzas... the wings were still hot but the pizza was ice cold. If I did not have five kids to feed and get to bed then I would have took the pizza back and got my money back. It was that disgusting... I called to let her know and instead of trying to make it right or even apologizing... The owner of the business decided she wanted to argue with me about the quality of the food. I just spent $37 on two pizzas and an order of wings. The pizzas were disgusting and by the time I got off the phone I was throwing the chicken wings up it made me sick and two of my kids were throwing up for meeting the chicken wings. And to make the situation worse... the owner just wanted to tell me there is no way. We serve good food.... like not this time.... and I paid a lot of money for cold pizza and wings that made 2 kids and myself sick throwing up sick... I would advise not going to this place and wasting your money on cold food and rude service... That same nasty attitude that you had in your response is the same nasty attitude you had last night... and nobody ever said how long it took me to get sick or my kids Nobody had any chicken to eat all day long until we ate the chicken from your restaurant. There's no time frame on how long it takes food to make you... and chicken is one of the biggest food contributors to making people sick.... you're funny... I was in your restaurant just as nice and polite as I could be But then I got served cold pizza and chicken that made my family sick We didn't even get sick until after I called up there to tell you how cold the pizza was You are rude on the phone last night when I tried to tell you that the food was cold you tried to argue about it You didn't try to apologize last night and you're not trying to be a responsible Business owner now Instead you're telling the whole world that you're calling your customers a liar and you're calling me names like a real responsible mature adult.... And more than likely it's just because you don't like it because somebody called you out on your disgusting food I beat from there several times and I've never had a problem with it until last night And I probably wouldn't have made a review until I called to tell you that the food wasn't any good and you were rude on the phone and then your food made me sick along with my kids And now you want to tell me if I want to talk about it I called last night to talk about it and you were rude You acted like I was lying about the food being cold I have absolutely no reason to lie about your cold food that made me sick I don't want or need anything for free but you serve me cold food chicken that made me sick and then you were rude when I called to tell you about it last night and that's why you got the review that you got And then when I made a review you continue to be a nasty rude person I have no reason to lie about your cold food or your rude nasty attitude And you continue to show that you got a nasty attitude with your response You have a blessed day and I'm going to keep you in my prayers because you need it you need some Jesus in your life"

"This restaurant offers some of the best breakfast and lunch options I've found. The club sandwich is nearly a traditional version, and it always comes with a fresh macaroni salad on the side, which is my personal favorite. I also highly recommend the open-faced turkey sandwich; it's usually what I order when I visit. The waitstaff and cooks are incredibly friendly, making it a welcoming place. If you're in the area, it's definitely a must-visit for breakfast or lunch!"

"The service was great! The food was delicious, my husband and I shared the Kings plate and it was food left on the plate, and we were stuffed. The King's plate had boiled shrimp, fried Shrimp fries, all of it was cooked to perfection. My son had a boat of crawfish, new potatos and corn on the cob. He eat every bite and wanted more! The price was really reasonable."

"I don?t usually leave 1 star reviews because I don?t consider myself a Karen but here it goes.. I placed my order on the app since I was at work I didn?t want to waste too much time on my lunch break. I walk into the restaurant and the lady at theregister just disappears. A few minutes after just standing there one of the employees yells at me from the back ?Do you need toplace an order?? So I politely replied and stated that I already placed an order online. So after another few minutes, someonecomes back to the register and asks for my order. I (again) politely responded that I have already placed an online order. Shewas so rude to me at this point and she cut me off and said ?well, what?s the name on the order?? So I tell her and never heardanything back. I had to ask another employee for my cup to fix my drink. Then I waited another 10 minutes for someone to screammy name when the order was finally ready. Keep in mind I only ordered a regular small hamburger, a small order of fries, and asmall drink, and all of this cost me over $18. I think I?ll pass on Five Guys next time. Don?t get me wrong, the food was?andalways is?very delicious. I just don?t think it?s worth the hassle."

"While many restaurants were closed due to COVID-19, Burgers Blues Ridgeland remained open! I give them 4 stars for their bravery in opening when so many others were shuttering under the strict government orders. I stumbled upon the restaurant on Friday afternoon and decided to come back for dinner that evening. I arrived around 9 PM. Though the indoor dining area was available, we chose to sit outside, taking advantage of the beautiful spring evening. The service, provided by Darius R., was outstanding, and the food was excellent as well. The menu featured some unique offerings, which I appreciated. I highly recommend this place and will definitely return during my future visits to Mississippi. I'm also looking forward to catching some live music next time; I might even reach out to bring in a band to perform. Additionally, I loved the reference to Jeremiah 29:11—praise the Lord!"

"This restaurant is truly a hidden gem in Mississippi. From the moment you arrive, the staff greets you with a warm welcome, creating a friendly and vibrant atmosphere, even during busy times. The servers are courteous and attentive, making sure you have an enjoyable dining experience. I'm so full right now that typing is a challenge! We ordered fish, hushpuppies, and pot greens, which all come with complimentary pickled peppers, coleslaw, fries, and more hushpuppies. They serve the sides first, and if you're not careful, you might fill up on those before the main course arrives. The sweet tea is also fantastic. I've been back several times and have always left feeling satisfied. Plus, the view of the reservoir is absolutely stunning!"

"This is seriously the best fried chicken around! Very lightly breaded and extremely moist. Today I went into the restaurant with my 10 month old and 3 year old by myself. When trying to pay, I realized that my 3 year old must have taken my credit cards out of my wallet and couldn’t pay . I was meeting friends and said I would just wait for them to get there so they could pay for me, but they wouldn’t have it and just gave me my meal for free. WOW! Talk about incredible customer service!"

"Shuckers is one of my favorite spots in the reservoir area. Almost every evening these a band playing except maybe Mondays. Saturday nights they get pretty packed. The food is not bad. The best thing to me is their fried shrimp and catfish. They have pizza but the crust could be better. The bayou pasta also could have been better as the menu said angel hair pasta but from my picture you can tell it’s not lol. Flavor was okay though. Shrimps are small and not deveined but also for 16 bucks which is probably the cheapest seafood pasta I’ve had. All in all great spot though. Never had any problems with the staff. Everyone is usually nice from the security to the bar staff."

"I only had dinner here, was pleasantly surprised, I really liked that it all you eat buffet, we have different products to try and choose what we liked best: delicious chicken, soft juicy BBQ Ribs.. many pages to choose... big lemonade and delicious small roasted shrimps! also liked their coleslaw and homemade potato chips. "I squeezed in late last night, starving, and didn’t realize the kitchen closed at 9. Thankfully, they were generous enough to cook for my friend and me anyway. The filet was perfectly cooked—truly the best I’ve had in a while. The green beans were seasoned just right, and the loaded potato was so delicious it almost made me scream! The waitstaff and bartender were fantastic as well. I’m not sure why I don’t come here more often. I love their hot tamales, but since we were already overindulging, I skipped them this time. If you haven’t tried this place yet, you really should! The band was great too! It’s definitely a hidden gem in Jackson that deserves way more recognition! Thanks, everyone!!!! You rock!"

"Our group of 20 people were in town from West Monroe, LA for a BMX race. We originally told the manager 16 but added 4 more. They were able to seat us pretty quickly considering it was rush hour for dinner. Our waiter was great and very thorough with taking our orders. We had 7 separate checks and every one of them were correct. Food wise, we will always come back here (this was my family’s second time). My husband and I ordered the fajitas for two that came with chicken, beef, chorizo, and shrimp. There was so much food that we took home enough for dinner the next night. We had tons of margaritas and everyone commented how good the food, drinks and service was. We will definitely be back when we are in town again!"

"This was the worst Chinese food I have ever had! I wasted $50 on a meal that had no chicken in my chicken and vegetable dish. The shrimp and vegetable dish only had 4 shrimp in it, and the vegetables were mushy without any crunch. The mushrooms and other ingredients seemed to be canned or frozen, definitely not fresh. I will never go back there again, as I was not happy with anything aside from the okay egg drop soup. I was very disappointed, as I don't eat out often and was looking forward to a good meal with my family. They did give me free donuts, but I would have much rather had meat in my food instead of mush."

"Our excitement quickly turned to disappointment when we noticed that Dan Dan Noodles were no longer on the menu. We had traveled almost an hour and a half specifically for that dish! However, TC reassured us that the chef would be happy to prepare them for us, even though they typically include chicken. In less than 15 minutes, our entire meal arrived—with chicken in the Dan Dan Noodles! They truly went above and beyond by going to the store to buy chicken just so we could enjoy our favorite meal. The food was outstanding, but what stood out even more was our waitress, TC. Be sure to ask for her when you visit, and don't forget to tip her generously—she truly deserves every bit of it!"

"My friend and I went here for lunch at about 12:45 PM. There were people at one of the two registers and two parties in line ahead of us. A young woman was standing behind the pastry counter putting items in a bag as if preparing an order (maybe take out or delivery). The line continued to grow behind us, yet she made no move to take orders at the other register. The person at the first register was nice and efficient, which kept the line moving at a reasonable pace. New customers arrived and the line grew but the woman in the pastry area made no effort to take orders. She was organizing the pastry selection and watching the line grow. There were only a few loaves of bread and a very small selection of pastries left, even though it was not yet 1:00 and the middle of lunchtime. No additional items were added, she just moved around what was available and ignored the line.When my friend and I had our turn, I noticed a man cut through the existing line and walking up to the second register. The woman in pastries met him at the register and took his order promptly. She had made no effort to take orders from the people in the line. After she took the man’s order, she walked in the back and was not seen again. This prompted me to ask if the other register was just for pastries. I was told no, not really. I asked why the person did not take any orders from the people who were waiting in line. I was told that she was at the end of her shift and she was preparing the area for the next person.I have service experience so I can speak from experience and say that this is NOT the customer service expected from Panera or any restaurant that charges $15-$20 for a modest lunch! I am appalled that the woman made no effort to assist the customers in the line because she was, “at the end of her shift”!At the same time, she did wait on the man who pushed through and cut in line! What ever happened to the phrase, “May I help the next person in line?” The fact that the man was of similar ethnicity to the inhospitable employee (and those of us in line were not) gave the entire situation an even more negative impact. There is no glaring evidence of preferential treatment, but it certainly didn’t add anything positive to the egregious situation."

"This isn't the BWW I remember. Prices have gone up, and the quality of the food is just mediocre. I've had better wings at places that don't even specialize in them. The service was lacking as well; I'm not sure if it's due to a staff shortage. When we arrived, we were seated outside and it took 15 minutes just to get a menu. Our server was friendly, but the overall service left much to be desired. Our meal took longer than expected, even though the restaurant wasn't very busy. The food tasted decent, but when it was time to check out, the place started to get busy and it took about 20 minutes to receive our bill in cash. I really wish this establishment could return to its former standards, especially with all the new competition in the area; they might be in trouble if things don’t improve."

"I don't usually go to this specific Wendy's because the staff can be quite rude. They seem annoyed by our presence and respond with impatience when asked a question about the meal or a coupon. "Fantastic offerings and a welcoming staff! I really enjoy the special events, like Live Jazz Sundays and the annual Jazz Festival. To be honest, the only downside I can mention about Fusion is that they could use more room—which is a great problem to have. They serve the best specialty drinks around, no contest. The chai tea latte is like a warm hug on Christmas morning, and the Highlander brings back memories of snuggling by a fire on a chilly day. I absolutely love this place!"

"In the hour and a half we waited we received mediocre appetizers, terrible drinks and lazy service. We didn’t receive a single refill until after the hour and a half mark when we asked for them and at that point were so tired of watching our waitress laugh and take pictures with some patrons while neglecting others that we were ready to just go. Our waitress said our food still had two tickets ahead and it would be a minute so we asked that the entrees be removed so that we could leave. One member of our party asked to only pay a partial amount after their experience and when the manager did come out to speak she not only was unapologetic and unaccommodating but was actually aggressive. She came to us with her voice raised and immediately started coming up with excuses and putting the blame on us. My husband and myself attempted to talk to her and pay for our portion but were again met with hostility and blown off. Long story short: terrible service, terrible management, subpar food, and subpar drinks. Do not recommend."
