"Googled for a breakfast restaurant that had a bacon, egg, and cheese breakfast sandwich for my husband, and they did not disappoint! The sourdough bread was soft and buttery. The bacon was delicious. My Hawkeye omelet was Everything! 3 egg omelet, FILLED with chicken, bacon and cheese, topped with avocado. The lightly smokey bacon complimented the chicken so well. The Guatemalan Roast coffee was strong, smooth, and balanced. My personal happy note was to find Smuckers Mixed Jelly for my wheat toast!!! Our server Ashley was so friendly and informative. It was good to know that this is a family ran, local chain where the owners' sons and daughter run every location. Their pride is reflective in the atmosphere and the staff. This was our 1st time visiting while on vacation, but it definitely won't be our last before we leave."

"The table service was wonderful and very on point with what I expected. However, the food quality/quantity was lacking in comparison to other Teppanyakis I’ve been to. In the quality area, the chicken came out mildly dry and the shrimp was slightly cold in the center. As for quantity, the amount of chicken and rice was smaller than other Teppans I’ve been to. I also noticed that food contamination concerns that I had were not taken seriously by the cook. However, the waiter was very attentive to them. Overall, not the best experience and I’d rather try a different place. But to be fully honest, this could have been a one-off with this specific cook. So give it a try."

"The food at Toro was excellent. I had the Havana Roll and the Rainbow Tropical Roll and both were excellent. I also had their heirloom tomato and burrata saladâ very good. My father ordered the wedge salad scallops and Pork belly entree which he enjoyed quite a bit. It was very very loud inside the restaurant so we found our conversation overpowered by the ambient noise level. When we asked if we could move outside they said they were not able to accommodate due to the incoming reservations specifically requesting outside tables. However, throughout the entirety of our meal there were several open, unseated, tables outside. Toro would be a great choice for a large, energetic party. I would not recommend it if youâre wanting an intimate dining experience."

"I do NOT recommend. Ordered delivery off their menu, from their website. Food is delivered. Half of my pancakes were missing. Like chunks out the pancakes missing. Called the restaurant, got no help. Brought the food back to the restaurant to show them how my food was delivered. They refused to help me, stating I need to contact an entirely different company that I never contacted in the first place if I want a refund. Owner/manager (whoever the guy was) yelled at me, cursed at me, gaslighted me saying everyone else in the restaurant was having a great experience, took the food (aggressively and extra dramatically), dumped it out of the containers and back into the bag it was delivered in, and threatened to call the cops on me. Simply because I asked for the order to be fixed or get a refund. I just wanted some pancakes and for my order to be fixed. I shouldn’t have to call a completely different company to correct my order when I ordered directly off the Eggstacy website and am standing directly in front of you asking for the order to be fixed. I ended up just leaving my food there because the guy just would not stop yelling at me. My food did not get replaced, and I did not get a refund. I will never give them my business again. Ever. I will never recommend them to anyone. Horrible, terrible, awful experience. May God help them with self reflection to improve their ways."

"5 stars without a doubt. Our server Toree was top notch; she was attentive and had an excellent personality. She also had great recommendations and knew the menu well. My husband is still raving about the dry heat margarita so I highly suggest trying it. The fondue with sausage pretzel bread was delicious and pairing it with asian pears was a unique touch. We also tried the Scallops and Pacific Grouper; both were excellent. We loved the atmosphere and overall energy of the space. My husband was highly impressed on how the staff was efficient and worked well together. I read several reviews that described it as "noisy,” however I considered it more like a restaurant full of guests having a really good time. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5"

"Long time fans of this restaurant since it first opened, however we had a very poor experience this last time and I’m offering up suggestions for the kitchen only. The reception desk and the wait staff were beyond reproach. The following dishes were very disappointing: The Bibb lettuce salad had nothing else in it and the dressing tasted like pure mustard, my pasta with lobster dish was too spicy and the lobster was translucent, and this was after I had alerted our waiter to the fact that I could not eat spicy foods and said no hot or Chile pepper flakes. My friend’s moules frites were lacking in quantity and should have included grilled bread for the sauce. The only dishes that were actually perfect were 2 orders of steak frites. We were very excited to try the restaurant with an authentic French chef but were left questioning whether to return again or not. So sorry."

"we sat in a high peak in the bar area. it took a while to get a drink as it looked like they were short staff (all restaurants to find). I had a Caesar salad and grilled shrimp campi. the scampi was delicious. my friend had the mixed green and branzino. we both saw our dinner. our server kayla was great. she has treated the short staff very well. I'm glad we didn't sit in the main kitchen room. it is unbearable. if I'm in the room, I wouldn't be happy. I sat in there when the restaurant was not busy and it was still loud. it is a huge banquet hall that needs to be cut into 4 rooms so that people can hear each other. they can't even ask where they want to sit. I would recommend to others. not possible because, as loud as it is in the main room."

"We had a great family dinner at Marcelino’s on New Years Eve . The ambience is great as always . Our food was very very good . I ordered linguine with shrimp and scalps and it was delicious. Mom ordered pasta with lobster and portobello mushrooms and it was even better then delicious. Lobster ravioli was really good. Carpaccio was very tasty . Our service was top notch . Very attentive and very fast . Will be back for sure !"

"Update: General Manager followed up with my wife and me personally. We were impressed with his acknowledgement of issue and desire to make it right. He resolved the issue to our satisfaction. RA North Scottsdale didn't quite live up to the prices or reputation. Sunday night, restaurant was probably 35% full. Waitress informed us food might take a little longer because they were short staffed in the kitchen. Ok, no big deal, thanks for telling us. The longer wait times for us meant dirty dishes on the table, 2nd drink round delivered and not taking dirty first round glasses. We waited about 30 minutes for an additional 2 orders of unagi nigiri. Asked for the manager to discuss the poor waitress attention and excessive wait time for 4 pieces of sushi. His reaction was surprising. Explaining how short they are back in the kitchen, he’s also cooking. I started to look around at the mostly empty restaurant, and wanted to clarify our main issues were with the waitress and we’d be tipping less than 15%. My wife said he doesn’t care, I noticed he actually didn’t. I told him he wasn’t even listening to me, she’s right, you don’t care. He actually stormed off. Saying something like: fine, you don’t want to tell me… He then told the waitress “CASH THEM OUT, MAKE SURE THEY DON’T COME BACK!”. The waitress was extremely shocked and apologized. We explained to her how her lack of attention to our table, especially given the long wait time created a poor experience. My wife and I texted the general manager the next day. No response as of yet…"

"This has been our second visit and I’m just not impressed with the food. Had two different sandwiches one cold and one hot on our visits. The bread is crusty on the outside and soft and chewy on the inside but lacks in flavor. We have tried their spicy homemade sausages with sauce, onions, peppers and cheese. The sausages were not spicy at all and sauce was very bland. The best part about our visits was the ricotta cheesecake it was out of this world."

"My friends and I had a fantastic dining experience in Arizona during a tattoo convention, and this restaurant did not disappoint! I may have ordered a bit too much food to sample, but everything was worth it. I started with the Tomato Basil Bisque as an appetizer, which was delicious—creamy and full of flavor. I also tried two sushi rolls: the Las Vegas roll and the coconut shrimp roll. The Las Vegas roll was a bit different from what I expected, but still very enjoyable, and the coconut shrimp roll was simply amazing! For my main course, I had the Zilantro chicken, which was to die for! The chicken was juicy and bursting with flavor, served with rice and topped with broccoli. My husband chose the BBQ Chicken Flatbread and absolutely loved it! Our drinks were also delightful; I ordered a cucumber mint cocktail (though I can’t recall the exact name). The waitress was incredibly helpful with the menu and very polite, and our drinks were refilled promptly. Overall, it was a wonderful experience!"

"This is our second time here we wanted to give them another chance since they were new. Unfortunately I cannot recommend this restaurant. Thai soups are traditionally served in a big pot for people to share instead of individual bowls and we prefer to go to places that have more spice. This food just had no flavor. The spring rolls were the worst -there was no peanut sauce it was some tasteless brown sauce [hidden link] wrapped in rice paper. Lackluster service -sat without water It was a Sunday with two tables filled."

"We will Never ever come back to this restaurant. It has always been our favorite for special occasions. We came in on Friday to celebrate my father in laws birthday with people. We had a reservation. After being there for an hour and half and spending over we were asked to leave because they “needed the table for another party.” I am in the industry and an hour and a half for people to have apps entrees and birthday desserts with beverages is just crazy. The manager was awfully rude and not accommodating to us at all. The server and chef were amazing and took such Great care of us. We will be calling to complain as well"

"While making a reservation I was asked if this was a special occasion, and notated it was my friend’s birthday, however no acknowledgement was made. Why ask if no acknowledgement will be made. We had to awkwardly ask. It took 20 minutes to get a dessert. We tried to flag our waitress down on three occasions when she was walking by our table, but we were overlooked. When the waitress asked how our short rib pasta was, we replied that it was a bit bland boring, (we previously flagged down another server for some salt pepper). She replied, “well, you ate it all.” Well, we were hungry and you were nowhere to be found. Not the experience we were hoping for to celebrate a birthday."

"The entire event was disappointing. While our server was great, the food issues were the real problem. Wine ok, not the best cabernet for the price. The appetizers were nice, as was the salad, prepared the way we asked. The meal, however was the real disappointment. My son has celiac and the meal was supposed to be from the GF menu. When it came to the table, I looked at it and said don't eat it. I flagged down a manager and he took it away from the table. In the meantime, my dinner sat so that I could eat with my son, as we were there celebrating his 30th birthday. Thirty plus minutes later, his meal arrived. The manager apologized. I said this is unacceptable, and I was offered free desert, which I declined for the both of us. I had also ordered a couple of meals to go as well as the wedge salad, which a gentleman brought out, I explained that I was waiting for two entrees and he disappeared with the bag. Ultimately the food to go was delivered, along with some birthday chocolates. I acknowledge that management took both dinners off the bill as well as they gave us a complimentary bottle of wine to take home. The following day when we went to eat the food we brought home, I discovered that the restaurant had already put the dressing on the wedge salad, rather than on the side. It was a soggy disaster. My son and I each ordered the Dana's Chicken, one regular and one GF, The chicken was tough and dry. A big expense for an otherwise disastrous event."

"I called to find out how they would accommodate a garlic and onion allergy. I requested the manager but the girl that answered said there would be NO PROBLEM because they make everything fresh. She was mistaken. The food was good but I missed out on all of the wonderful Latin flavors. My guests enjoyed it very much. The indoor ambience is cold, hard loud though it may look better when it’s dark out. The outdoor balcony is quite lovely."
