"The worst management ever!! If I could give this establishment a 0, I would, but since that is not an option, I’m submitting a 1. First of all, I have been a loyal customer for over 20 years, so I’ve seen all of the ups and downs, including the recent changes in ownership/management and have still supported them. That said, after my experience today, I will never support or buy anything from Corradas again. To start, I ordered 2 bowls of chicken noodle soup, which is my favorite item, and one that I frequently order them. Unfortunately on this occasion, they told me pick up was in 10 minutes, however, when I got there, I had to wait another 20 minutes. I didn’t complain about the wait. As I began to eat the soup when I got home, I noticed the carrots and celery were not cooked fully, and tasted crunchy. As instructed by the young lady at the front desk, I brought the one that I had left back to Corradas (as one had been discarded/thrown away). As a result, I was accused by the manager of taking out the carrots and celery and eating the 2nd bowl of soup, and in his opinion, I had already eaten the other bowl, which was totally false. He then stated that there was nothing wrong with the soup, but I explained that I get this soup all of time and that I would know when it wasn’t made the way it usually is. In addition, why would I come all the way back up there, if the soup was fine, especially after waiting for 20 minutes. The manager proceeded to argue, yell, barate and question my credibility. He was rude, unprofessional and in-compassionate. Therefore, I vow to never buy anything from this establishment ever again. This new management/ownership definitely needs to improve on their customer service skills."
