"TLDR: Off the beaten path pit beef shop serving up some of the best in the area. Go for the pit beef and pit turkey. Vibe: 4/5. Epitome of a hole in the wall. Inside is a no frills dining area consisting of facing the wall bar seating and a few long banquet tables from the 80 's. The smell of charcoal grilled beef fills the entire restaurant, which is a welcome addition in my book. You order at the counter and then pickup a few feet to the left of the cashier. They have a nice sized condiment area, complete with various sauces, horseradish and onions. On the right, you can actually see into their walk in meat cooler, which has a glass side running a quarter the length of the restaurant. Service: 5/5. Staff was very helpful and welcoming. Our order was taken perfectly at the counter and our food was ready in 10-15 minutes. We took our food to go and the food was well packaged and organized nicely in the bag. Food: Delicious! We ordered a 2 meat combo sandwich (beef/turkey), a bird dog (sausage, turkey, cheese), Cruiser 's burger (LTM, fried onions, bacon and provolone), cream of crab soup and cheese fries. Standouts were the combo sandwich, which was overflowing with meat and moist beyond belief and the cream of crab soup. The soup was of the thicker consistency with generous portions of crab meat throughout every bite. Fries were also exceptional, being freshly hand cut and of the thicker steak fry cut variety. The burger was the only meh of the day, as it was slightly overcooked for our liking (we prefer medium/med rare and this was medium well). With our entire order totaling to around $36, we felt Cruiser 's has great value for the money and would definitely recommend!"

"Crossroads Bistro catered our wedding this past weekend and I honestly can't say enough amazing things about them! Nicole and her staff were excellent from their service, to the set up, to the breakdown. I didn't realize how much a catering team takes care of for a wedding, but it's so much more than just the food. Crossroads had EVERYTHING covered and it was such a beautiful wedding thanks to them. Even prior to my wedding, Nicole was in constant communication with me and made sure to help me in any way possible. Their prices are so reasonable (especially for all that they do . I haven't even begun to talk about the best part THE FOOD! Wow, it's incredible. We did buffet style and all of my guests have raved that the food was delicious and warm. We enjoyed it so much and can't wait to visit one of their food trucks in the future because we miss the food and Nicole already :"

"Bad customer service from the bartender on Sunday. Attended a baby shower and she told one of us since we were a part of the “party” there was no beer specials for us although we were paying customers and did not have a waitress. The beer specials that were written on the chalkboard at the bar we weren’t entitled to. Also, seemed as every time we asked for something we were a bother to her even with 2 customers sitting at the bar. Customer service goes a long way and most certainly something she lacks.Update to the response ; the host of the party has nothing to do with other patrons of the party coming to the bar as a paying customer for drinks that were not included. To get service for alcoholic beverages we went inside as you typically would. Whether we were with party or not we were still customers and should have been treated with proper customer service as any paying customer should have been."

"Dry chicken. Slow service.unsafe plays space. Over priced events.probably because of the shifty management Had my husband 's celebration of life here after he passed. The night started off with them charging my 4yr old and other guests a head charge to get into her fathers wake. After that was resolved they went to play. I wanted it kid friendly so my young children 's friends could support them through their loss. The playground swing area almost came apart. Parents were afraid to let their kids play. But more importantly No invoice I received had numbers on them except the price per head and total my card was charged. Without an actual breakdown of what was charged 18% gratuity, 6% tax 2% processing fee and 9% alcohol tax even though i specified i wasnt paying for drinks.... they threw them in complimentary I thought I was owed money back. It took 3 visits multiple calls and messages before it was resolved in person. At that time I was charged for the food at the table behind me. When I went to resolve the issue yet again going to the last place most of my late husband 's family and friends gathered to remember him I was told they do not care if my funds are low and I needed the money my husband was the main earner I surely understand that they can 't back charge something so significant without checking first? Well no I don 't. Don 't go here... They are shifty"
