I found it amusing since I had heard that phrase growing up but never really believed it. When I got to the window, the employee didn't flip my blizzard. I pointed it out to her, but she just laughed, closed the drive-thru window, and moved on to the next customer. I wasn't upset about not getting a free blizzard because I never truly thought it was genuine, but if it's advertised on the menu, they should honor their promotion with a bit more professionalism."
