"Let me start by saying the view is absolutely spectacular. The drinks are limited but the bartender was talented and made delicious cocktails. So, my fiancé and I came to dine in after spontaneously changing our plans for the evening. We arrived and caught the beautiful sunset while we waited for a host to finally attend to us. Once she acknowledged us, she apologized for not having a table ready and said we could sit at the bar, which was no problem to us at all. Before we could sit down at the bar, she came back over and said she had a table ready, great. Before she could give us our menus, she stated that she didn’t want to turn us away but that they have a strict dress code for dining in. My fiancé had on a designer t-shirt similar to majority of the men in the restaurant. Yes I had on shorts, a blouse and designer sandals but was confused when I looked around and saw other tables near us dressed as if they just came from the beach. At that point I had to convince my fiancé to stay because he didn’t feel that we were treated fairly or the host telling us this once we were seated in front of other guests was appropriate or professional. If there’s a strict dress code, enforce it. If not, don’t say a thing, or seat us outside. We dine very regularly at higher priced, fine dining restaurants but the price of the menu, the quality of the food and so called dress code which majority of the restaurant didn’t follow doesn’t add up. We were more than happy to spend over $200 on a bill, because of the beautiful view and our server Matthew was great. Going forward after hearing so many great things about this place, I don’t think we’ll be back. We only recommend coming for the view. Make sure you make other plans for dinner."
