"If I could give this place 5,000 stars I would. The midnight cowgirl sandwich is something every person on the planet should experience. It's that good. The Buffalo Mac is my go-to side and it never disappoints. Some of the things on the menu may be intimidating to those who aren't sandwich enthusiasts, but I promise you, all of the flavor profiles are spot on and compliment each other so well. The staff is friendly and the restaurant is clean. The best sandwich spot in Syracuse hands down, you won't regret it!"

"An absolutely flawless meal. Eden offers an incredible concept unlike any other restaurant in central New York. Their use of an open fire kitchen and local ingredients offers a stunning look at what our state has to offer. From locally sourced proteins and produce, to wine and spirits, Eden highlights the flavors of each element extremely well. Our server, James, is such a pleasure and really helped make our meal wonderful. While I am stuffed right now, I cannot wait to see what they have in store on our next visit"

"Had to check this place out, right across the street from our hotel. Very glad we made the walk. An amazing atmosphere on the bar side with drinks flowing and people hanging out. The hostess takes us next door to the dining room and another great atmosphere but lower sound level. We started with Reuben fritters and Irish poutine. The fritters are over the top flavor bombs and the poutine was perfect with an excellent gravy. The fish and chips were on point with crispy fish and great flavor, the meatloaf is money with perfect texture and seasoning, the Shepherd’s pie was insane one of the best ever for me. If you’re in Syracuse you should check them out, if you live in Syracuse you’re lucky ?. ?"

"This place is disgraceful. We made a reservation over a week ago at 7:00 to celebrate some birthdays. We showed up at 6:55, at 7:20 they said it should be 5-10 more minutes. We were obviously starving and then we can only imagine that they gave our table away because at 7:45 we asked then again, how long it would be and the woman said, I have no idea. While chuckling in our faces. Will NEVER be going back again. Terrible. We left at 7:50 without any thing in hand. Parking: Had to fill this whole thing out. None is true BTW."

"The food was fantastic. The pork chop was exceptionally tasty! The crab salad had an abundance of onions. They forgot our salads and hot sauce, but overall, it was a very satisfying experience!"

"Our dining experience at Phoebe's was fantastic! We were seated near a window, surrounded by cozy plants, which added to the ambiance of the restaurant. The bread and seasoned butter were amazing, and the fried tofu was cooked perfectly. The dessert options were plentiful and decadent. We will definitely be returning to Phoebe's in the future!"

"I had the enchiladas, beans, rice, and margaritas, and everything was delicious! The enchiladas were especially good, with a flavorful filling and a crispy tortilla. The beans and rice were also cooked perfectly, and the margaritas were refreshing and not too sweet. The atmosphere at the restaurant is nice and cozy, with traditional Mexican decor. The staff is friendly and attentive, and the service is fast. The prices are also reasonable, making this a great place to go for a casual meal with friends or family.Vegetarian options: Many vegetarian options"

"I visited this restaurant with my family for a special occasion. When we first arrived, we were the only ones there, which felt a bit eerie, but it quickly filled up after we ordered. We decided on the all-you-can-eat option and got fried rice, lo mein, and two different types of sushi. I’m not a fan of cucumbers, so I had to pick them out of the sushi. The fried rice was amazing, the lo mein was good, and the sushi was really tasty and quite filling. My family members enjoyed their meals as well. My mother and aunt ordered soups, and they could have easily shared one because the bowls were so large, which was great. The only thing that puzzled me was the number of young children working there. Overall, everything else was really good and surpassed my expectations. I would definitely consider coming back."

"This was my second time here, the first time was a couple of years ago. I ordered the Eggs Florentine with a side of bacon, and a cold brew. I was disappointed that they didn 't offer more coffee drinks like cappuccinos, lattes, etc. for a brunch place, but they do have a large variety of alcoholic drinks. Unfortunately, I was heading back to work in the afternoon and couldn 't partake in any of the fun drinks, but the cold brew exceeded my expectations! Not too strong, delicious, local, and on draft. The biscuits on the Eggs Florentine had great texture and flavor, and the poached eggs were beautifully cooked. The potatoes, however, were mushy and didn 't have much flavor to them. I would have preferred a fruit or vegetable option on the side, but fresh fruit/veggies/healthier options are harder to come by unless you 're looking at the salads. The service was efficient. The gentleman working the bar where we were seated was friendly and quick to greet us, take our order, refill waters, etc but many of the other employees don 't look particularly happy to be there. It took a long time to get our plates cleared. Overall, a decent experience but no wow factor to write home about."

"The food came out after 45 minutes. Ordered eggplant Parmesan received chicken Parmesan. The replacement meal came within minutes, go figure. The eggplant was thin and overcooked. Very little flavor not cooked freshly. Husband’s meal was clearly left under a heat lamp too long. The steak medallions were one overcooked, while the other was not. The pasta was gummy. Child dinner was boxed macaroni and cheese and overcooked or warmed up too many times chicken fingers. Very poor meal for over $100 dollars!"

"5 stars!!! I called this restaurant earlier today because I am new to KETO and asked if their Buffalo chicken wings were Keto friendly... a lovely woman named Lily answered the phone and took the time to find out the answer for me, which was YES! My husband, father, mother, and I went to the restaurant tonight for my mother's birthday and to our surprise, Lily was our waitress! I asked her about a keto-friendly drink and she not only asked the bartender but also took the time to google it herself! She patiently explained the menu, recommended delicious drinks that my mother loved, and was kind and attentive. The food was delicious, the drinks were amazing, and Lily made my first experience at this place exceptional. I will definitely be coming back again and again! Well done, Copper Top staff!"

"As season ticket holders for Broadway shows, we have appreciated the proximity of Peppino's to the Landmark theater. The food has consistently been outstanding, but the service has sometimes fallen short. However, last Wednesday was an exceptional experience. From the moment we walked in to the moment we left, we were impressed by the staff. Our waitress, Melissa, and the young man who seated us were top-notch. Despite the restaurant being full, Peppino's handled everything seamlessly."

"Everything's perfect except for the only weird thing is every time in the past 20 years I've gone to this exact location there has always been a sense of happiness and talking/ joking amongst each so each other. Not the case this visit, not even anysmiles. Sandwiches are always way too big to finish absolutely amazing fresh meat and perfect soups they make them homemadeevery single day and it's just great"

"My husband and I visited Joey's this afternoon. Our son gave us a gift certificate for Christmas and we decided to save it for a special occasion, my birthday. The meal we had was absolutely delicious. We both enjoy deep-fried calamari, so we ordered that along with the calamari steak that our waitress Jeanna recommended. The calamari was so good that we ended up taking some home with us. We also tried the chicken parmigiana, which was delightful. I am very picky about spaghetti sauce, as I make my own at home, but the sauce at Joey's was just as good. The house wine was also very enjoyable. We will definitely be returning to Joey's, and I will be sure to recommend it to anyone looking for a great dining experience. Thank you for a wonderful meal."

"This visit was my first time as they moved to the new location and everything from drinks to dinner to dessert remained consistent. Not to mention changed atmosphere, it definitely has a rather hip and modernized feeling. My friend and I sat at the bar and were quickly accommodated, although it was quite full and busy. Cocktails here are always simple and yet elegant and in place with seasonal changes. For dinner I had asked to be my green curry “as spicy as the kitchen can possibly do it” and to my pleasant surprise they really hear! (It is usually not served this way, I just love spices and expect my Thai curry to hurt when I eat it. Finally, for dessert I did not get the famous chocolate heel, but they had a gelato fruit basket that I was excited to see that it was hit with the same amount of attention to detail in the presentation, and of course it tasted great. The crunchiness of cookies used to make the basket was not too sweet but not bland, and paired well with the mixture of gelato and fresh fruit. The only thing I have is that they used regular eggplants instead of Thai eggplants. However, if you expect a totally authentic Thai food experience, then you are not in the right place. This restaurant is more of a fusion between Western and Thai dishes, as they also do steak."

"The steaks were outstanding. I honestly think that this place makes the best steak in Syracuse. Perfectly seasoned and Perfectly cooked. My only complaint was the nasty zucchini vegetable of the day type side that the waitress never acknowledged or asked about. If given the opportunity I would have said.. please don't put that on my plate... It will only end up in the trash... and it did. Also I was surprised how tiny the overall restaurant was. The dining area had about 15 small tables and the place was packed on a Tuesday night. It was pretty loud because of all of the people dining in such a small space. Oh and no kids menu if you have young picky eaters. I personally wouldn't bring a small child to a place like this. Children probably won't appreciate the cook on a $39 steak and don't have the traditional chicken fingers or Mac n cheese options that are available at other establishments."

"I usually don't write food reviews, but I felt compelled to share my experience. The food was extremely subpar and lacked any flavor. It was not worth the money for a decent meal. I recommend avoiding this restaurant altogether. All four dishes I tried were disappointing. Hopefully they can improve in the future. The reviews I read did not match my experience at all."

"Fresh sandwiches and subs at this local Syracuse institution, which has been for almost 50 years. Very friendly staff and service at this point with a large enlarged seating area with large windows. The sandwiches were MTO and gave us two different types of pimples that were both great. The chicken salad was excellent like the Brat-Rind sandwich, so I don't think you could go wrong! Definitely gets back and get a T-shirt for just $9."

"Although many people gather here to watch sporting events on TV, the main reason to come is that the restaurant serves excellent food. Try the best chicken tenders you 'll ever eat (a direct quote from my daughter). They come with a honey/mustard dipping sauce, but you may also want to try them with Buffalo wing sauce. They can be ordered as a main dish, or as a 3-piece side with any meal. An additional option is to order the skirt steak and chicken tender dinner special with fries and coleslaw. It 's a delicious meal for a very reasonable price. Other favorites include the Firehouse burger (a cheeseburger topped with chopped jalapenos) and the grilled cheese sandwich (the size of two sandwiches) Another great thing about eating here is that you get complementary popcorn while waiting for your order to be prepared. The servers are friendly and efficient, and the manager does an excellent job maintaining quality control over all aspects of the restaurant."

"We landed here as a last minute change of plans for dinner. We arrived on a Friday at 4:00 and sat right away. The waitress immediately took our drinks orders and gave us time to watch the menu. My first experience with milk tea, packed it delicious OK, I think my son appreciate it more than me, LOL Soon after the waitress took our order, For apps, we had noodles, fried pig beans and steamed dumplings, both shrimp and pork, along with Beijing duck dim sum. Everything came out hot, and it was all amazingly tasteful. I'm not a duckman, but the dim sum has definitely changed my view of it! My wife and son have literally inhaled the dumplings that were tender and juicy, not gum-like. The main course followed after a nice delay to enjoy our apps. We didn't get the robot, LOL. General Tso Chicken, Dry Pot Beef, and I can't remember the name, but it was pig belly bacon and paprika. That was NOT Chinese take Tso's. Seasoned and sauced exactly right, and paired with some really honestly excellent white rice, the dish would have served easily two people. The chicken was tender and tasted amazing. The pig belly shell I will find the name later was a mixture of Teriyaki? Taste pork and paprika and something else. I'm sorry I didn't pay any more attention, but how he ate it, as it didn't happen tomorrow, says something: The Beef Dry Pot I ordered came in a Mini Wok Bowl / Pot with a small staro underneath can keep all pipe hot. It included a mixture of melt cut in your mouth beef, crispy sorted slices of vegetables, and a hidden amount of hot peppers. It was just an explosion of aromas on the tongue. Absolutely a surprise. Through our visit the waitress was polite and attentive, without being intrusive. She didn't offer us a dessert, but she probably noticed how full we were, and has simply pulled-out container, LOL. We wouldn't have eaten another bite. Many things on the menu we have our eyes on. We're coming back!"
