"The morning crew at Taco Bell is always really nice and, unfortunately, knows my regular order! They're friendly and welcoming. However, when I visit in the evening, I often find myself waiting about 20 minutes during the dinner rush, and it feels like the cars barely move for five minutes. Despite that, the staff remains friendly. Just a heads-up, though: avoid ordering the Crunchwrap here. They always make them quite small, whether you choose black beans or the original. With each one costing $5, it's a bit ridiculous considering there’s mostly tortilla and lettuce. Giving this a 3-star rating.
Update after a recent visit: the manager is consistently rude. Since I go often, there have been a few mix-ups, which I don’t mind, but every time I speak to the manager—who I believe is named Michael—he's unfriendly. I called after ordering a breakfast wrap that had a cold hash brown. I just wanted to inform them that their hash brown machine might not be working well. He seemed to imply that I was lying about it not being cooked properly, stating they check the temperature every time. Clearly, that wasn’t the case since mine was room temperature and slightly cold in parts. He was really mean on the phone and only offered to remake the hash brown, not the entire breakfast wrap! I’ve never been treated so rudely over such a small issue. Unsurprisingly, I didn’t return for a replacement and decided not to finish it. Each time I go, this place seems stingy with everything. The hash brown incident showcased their reluctance to replace the product fully, just the hash brown itself. The only redeeming aspect of visiting Taco Bell is their $1 drinks during happy hour. Dropping my rating to 2 stars."
