"March 2022 The good the menu is extensive, lots of options even for vegetarians along with sandwiches and sides. Seating area is large enough to fit bigger parties. Once you enter through the door, you walk straight to the ordering booth and give your order. This was our first time so I asked to be seated first (you must find an empty table and make yourself comfy) and go through the menu before ordering anything. The menus are available right besides the ordering booth. For food, we had Achari Garlic Bread, Achari Tandoori Chicken Pizza, Achari Paneer Pizza. They also have a few options for drinks with beers and wine along with bottled/ can sodas. We decided to go with a bottle of wine. The bad let?s start with the service here, or lack there of. The entire process is that you have to order your food and find a table yourself, wine bottles have to opened by, guess who, by you, which isn?t a bad thing if you know how to open one, but I?m sure they?d help if needed. The glasses for wines are available at the back shelf and when we went to pick up the glasses, few looked like they were used and put up there and the others had a thick coating of dust. We had to clean the glasses ourselves before we could even drink the wine. Talking about the food, the pizzas felt like they were made haphazardly, with chicken and jalapeño just put on top of the pizza instead of everything blended smoothly into one fine layer. The pizza was tasty but lacked a punch that I expected from an Indo style pizza. Overall, a decent place with a variety of options for both vegetarians and meat lovers."

"I stumbled upon this place. It's on the back end of a small strip mall and easy to miss passing by, but worth looking for. I've been back twice since the first visit and haven't been disappointed yet. Food and service have both been very good. My first visit was solo and the last two were with a friend. He had the Pollo con Camarones both times and plans to get the same thing next time. I've tried different things and liked them all. If you want something a little different than TexMex, this is a good option. I like Flan and theirs is really good. It's not made in-house, but it is locally made for them. It has a texture more like Quesillo."

"My friends and I had a girls' night out to celebrate a birthday at this restaurant. We decided to order from the Happy Hour menu, and we were very impressed. Every dish we tried, from the ribs and bruschetta to the tacos and fried broccoli, was absolutely delicious. The service was excellent, with the waitstaff checking on us frequently. Despite a large party happening in the bar area, the staff were attentive and on top of everything."

"We are in town for a school water polo tournament and between games we stopped in for something quick and the reviews were good. We had no idea what we were in for. Bread was brought to the table that was excellent. Luckily they only brought two pieces because I'm positive I could eat my weight in that bread. We were then asked if we wanted to try the best dressing ever. I can't speak to the claim but I was tempted to drink it out of the bowl. We ended up buying a cup of it. By the end of the lunch I felt like we were going to be invited to family gatherings. Everthing about our experience was top notch."

"We had a large family dinner for Father?s Day. They had a separate room available to accommodate us. They took our reservations by phone. They were not overly busy and crowded thankfully. The location was easy to find and right off the highway. The foodwas as delicious. Everyone at the table were pleased with their food. I had the pasta sampler. It?s three kinds of pasta in onedish smothered with sauce and cheese. It was perfect! I really couldn?t tell exactly where one pasta started and the other endedin the dish except the manicotti. The taste was phenomenal and the manicotti was by far my favorite. I think it was about $11 or$12 and it does not come with a salad. They do serve fresh bread on the table for everyone. It was delicious and warm. Idefinitely enjoyed the meal. We brought our own wine because this restaurant is BYOB. We found it to be more economical for alarge group. I would recommend this restaurant."

"On January 14th, my cheerleaders and I stopped by this restaurant after a long day of cheer competitions. We were famished and completely unaware of the time when we decided to grab a bite to eat. As soon as we walked in, we realized it was just five minutes before closing. We apologized and mentioned that we could find another place to eat, but the staff insisted it would be their pleasure to serve us. Their friendliness and warm smiles made a lasting impression on me. I was truly touched by their kindness and enthusiasm in serving us. While we waited for our food, they engaged us in conversation about our competition and congratulated my cheerleaders on their achievements. The employees that night exemplified what it means to be genuinely good people. I am incredibly grateful to have met them!"

"To the owners: I 'm sorry. This is going to be quite critical. I 'm sure your restaurant is lovely, but the espresso just isn 't. If you, world weary traveler, have been to Renew or Daily Grind in Frisco or Theory in San Antonio, you have had great espresso. You will not find that here. I went in for a cortado, which was served in a normal small dixie coffee cup filled nearly to the top. Every bit of 8 ounces I ended up measuring it). If you know cortados, you 're already horrified cortados are NOT to be more than 5 ounces total ~2oz espresso 2oz steamed milk, conventionally). 8 ounces makes this something else entirely. I assume they 're ramping milk ratio because they know their espresso is...well, let 's just say rough. Guys, please take the cortado off the menu. Having a cortado on the menu is generally an indication that a shop is confident about the quality of their beans and that they keep their espresso well dialed in. This is the first time I 've seen this cortado rule broken. This is very much a restaurant which also serves coffee, NOT a coffee shop which happens to serve some food. Don 't go here for 3rd wave espresso. That 's not what they 're about. I 'm sure their food is great, though."

"Love this place but this last experience was bad. It is bogo night so we know its going to be crowded. When we walked in we spotted a table open we went to sit down before we orderd and go to sit down. Soon after we sat down one of the staff came up and said he was saving a seat for someone. I was taking back by this since this has never happened before. He also said that it is first come first serv but I was sitting first. Not sure how that works. So we decided to leave and get pizza elsewhere. Thanks for the response. We have been in when you where busy and when we are the only people there, and this has never happen to us. If first come first serv means don 't sit down until you order then there should be a sign. Very very rude to have someone get up from a table because it 's spot saved . It will be a while before I 'm come back."

"If you're searching for an excellent BBQ spot in The Colony, you won't want to miss Flatrock Smokehouse BBQ, a delightful hidden gem in the area. I had the pleasure of attending their soft opening today ahead of the grand opening this coming Monday. I ordered brisket, sausage, French fries, and coleslaw. The brisket was incredibly tender and juicy, highlighting their expertise in recognizing the distinction between traditional and lean brisket. The sausage was also very flavorful, and the French fries were a treat. I can easily see this place becoming a favorite among locals once it officially opens. It's a great choice for lunch or dinner, whether you're dining with family, friends, or on your own. The atmosphere is inviting, further enhanced by a live DJ. Be sure to try the brisket when you visit. Enjoy!"

"This place used to be good, but the last few times that I have gone has not been the best. I usually get the enchiladas but on my last visit I decided to try the street tacos on flour tortillas. The total came out to be more than I expected, and when I looked at my receipt I saw a there was charge $3.54 for flour tortillas. That’s about a $1.18 upcharge for each taco. This was never told to me when I ordered. Otherwise I wouldn’t have gotten them because that is ridiculous! Out of all of the taquerias that I have been to I have never been charged more for flour tortillas. I asked the cashier about the charge and she suggested I talk to the manager. Upon speaking to him he tells me that they charge more for flour tacos because they are much bigger and have more meat. He said the flour tortillas were 16 inches which I thought sounded off because that is huge. I just thought that maybe he had the size wrong but still trusted when he said they were much bigger. So I get home and open up the boxes and lo and behold. The corn and flour tortillas are the same size! To make matters worse the meat was super salty and didnt taste freshly made. Not sure if I will be back after that."

"I was really excited to eat here after trying another location recently. But to be honest, it wasn?t nearly as good. I came here at the time the online order said it would be ready (15-20 min). But when I got my food, it was luke warm at best. The kimchirice was soggy/wet this time and there wasn?t that much of it. Overall it didn?t seem as fresh. The first time I had it wasamazing. But this location seemed to pale in comparison and I left feeling disappointed. I wouldn?t have left a review but ifI?m spending $15 on a meal, I?d at least hope it was hot."

"My husband and I went to Hard Eight BBQ last Saturday evening. We had been wanting to try it for a really long time, so decided to pop in when we were hungry and in the area. First of all, there was a long line that worked it's way outside, but that was to be expected since it was Saturday evening. As the line moved, we were waiting in a very dim room. It was too dark to read signs or the menu hanging on the wall. It was a cool night so we were all cold as we waited, since all doors and windows were wide open. Next, the first guy we encountered was cooking the steaks. He was rude and impatient. My husband really wanted a steak, but after we called the guy over, and he acted like we were wasting his time, we moved along. Then, as we waited along the bar for pickles, butter, etc, there was a lady with very long dark hair cleaning up and restocking that area. As she did so, she'd bend over the bar and her long hair would go into the bins of condiments and food. It was unbelievable! Why wouldn't she have her hair pulled back if she's working around food?!? So now, let's talk about the food. We both had chicken, sausage, potatoes (sweet and Irish), and the free beans. The food was all good, and the BBQ sauce was okay, but since the restaurant was set up more like a cattle run, and most of the employees acted like they'd prefer to be anywhere but there, I highly doubt we'll ever go back."

Advise you get here prior to 6 pm or there may be a wait on a saturday night.Server seemed to have too many tables, was not only waiting on people, but she was also cleaning her own tables. The result was slower than usual service, definitely not her fault. Bree was our server, she was a great waitress.Started off with drinks, wife had sangria too much ice, barely any sangria but still great). I had a frozen sangria. Was amazing.We had the dip sampler (in photo). had 3 types of dips. Queso, bean and cheese mixture and guacamole . This was good however chips were not fresh and because of the service it took a while for the refill.Wife ordered the enchilada platter. Amazing food, always hot and cooked very well. I ordered the chicken quesadilla's as I was not starving after the appetizer. The quesadilla was not good at all. The meat inside was over marinated and pretty much inedible. This is where you lost the star. Was almost like little tiny weird crumbles of chicken, Like you ran out of chicken and just put shavings in. very odd but not the end of the world.Overall a great visit, definitely better than ZOCADAS that place is like a D+ now). For this review I give you a B + all the way"

"This is an awesome place! I had a small party for my daughter?s 21st birthday here, and we all had a blast. They were kind enough to take my daughter?s birthday cake and store it in their kitchen until we were ready for it. When I gave our server the go-ahead for the cake, they put the cake toppers on, lit the candles, and brought out the cake with dessert plates and utensils. Our server even sang Happy Birthday with us. It was such a relief that I didn?t have to worry about anything, I was just able to sit back and enjoy myself. The food here is excellent, everything tasted fresh and delicious. They have a wide variety of menu options to choose from, and if you?re Vegetarian or Vegan like me, you won?t be left out. I had the Impossible Burger and it was delicious. There are three dining areas to Rock Brews, inside is posh with nice leather seats and booths, a beautiful mural, and artwork of some popular Rock Stars we all know. The patio has windows that open up, very comfortable patio chairs, foosball table, corn hole, and other games. It?s nice to get up, stretch your legs, and play some games, especially when entertaining a group. There is also an outside area we didn't get to see on this trip. Michael was our server; he was absolutely fantastic! He was very personable, attentive, kept our drinks full, spaced-out the appetizer and entrees perfectly, and kept checking in with me to see when I was ready for him to bring the birthday cake. Since my daughter was now 21, he spent some time talking with her to see what kind of drinks she may like based on her tastes. This really made her feel like a VIP. Michael really made this day special for all of us, and we were grateful to have him. Overall, I highly recommend Rock Brews for excellent service, fantastic food, and going above and beyond to make our experience a memorable one. We will definitely return again soon! "I've visited this restaurant several times, but I usually opt for takeout. The food is consistently well-packaged and typically ready in about 15 minutes. I've been a regular here for years, and I always order the same thing: chicken hibachi with white rice. It's absolutely delicious! The quality is outstanding, and I really appreciate that the sauce has a savory flavor, which is a nice change since many Asian restaurants make their sauces too sweet for my liking. The vegetables are cooked just right, maintaining a bit of crunch. I just wish they would open a location closer to Aubrey!"

"Not impressed. Food is strangely configured. Meat on burgers is dry and they don 't even ask how you want it cooked. Bacon was fatty. Skip the Cuban Burger. Side salad had strange lettuce and almost no tomato. Horrible music being played. Orderingprocedure is strange too. The whole place is strange and the food just isn 't very good. I dined with six other people and onlyone of them actually thought the food was good. Add to all of this, it 's overpriced!"

"My rating is solely based on take-out experiences, but I find Thai Kitchen to be a dependable option for a mid-week lunch break. My favorite is the Tofu Pad See Ew from the weekday lunch special, which includes a meat-free soup and a vegetarian egg roll. They also offer some Bento Box combos for a few extra dollars. Keep in mind that there's a convenience fee when ordering online, as is common with many places. I recommend placing your order ahead of time to avoid waiting too long, as lunch orders can take about 30 minutes for some reason. Overall, it’s a straightforward spot that provides great take-out at a reasonable price in the area."
