I've sampled numerous Mexican restaurants within a 25-mile radius of Upland, and it's clear that nothing comes close to the exceptional quality of this place. Bernavid's unique style and refined techniques in crafting authentic Mexican dishes are unmatched and are sorely missed by the Upland community. His cooking warmed the hearts and satisfied the appetites of so many. I hope to someday walk through those two glass doors again, greeted by the genuine aromas wafting from Miche Linda's kitchen. "Spicy means indian spicy for Swad...which is great! Ambience is ordinary n regular but makes up with food and portion size, which are awesome. Next visit should be for lunch, cos a hearty meal such as these without an afternoon siesta to follow its not the same. Tandoori Nan was thin yet soft fish was done just right and mutton roghan josh was enjoyably spicy. Mango lassi for my teste was way too sweet.Vegetarian options: Good varietyKid-friendliness: Yes"

"It 's not technically a secret menu item, but you need to let them know ahead of time (by at least a few days) if you want to order the Beef Wellington. You might assume that this means it is of a quality that is uniquely exquisite, and I can assure you that this assumption is 100% correct. This dish is literally made in part by a pastry-chef, and the moment you take a bite of the absurdly-delicate shell of I-don 't-even-know-what, you 'll understand why you have to arrange for this sort of treatment: it 's like an opera in your mouth. Underneath that mantle of what I assume is an elevated form of dough reserved for the better seats in heaven, there is a mushroom duxelle that I 'm quite certain would qualify for the dictionary entry if you were to look up the word unctious. Then, the filet. Is there an adequate word in the English language for a perfect medium-rare steak? The best part is that you actually have to be reminded that you 're eating an exquisite piece of beef underneath all of these charms, and it 's only responsible to forewarn you that dipping it in the au jus with which it 's served might just awaken you to a level of luxury you will struggle to equal in other establishments. I won 't even mention how good the wagyu-truffle ravioli was, or how their wedge-salad is served with fully a 3 oz triangle of delicately veined roquefort (bleu cheese) and bacon-bits made of *actual, perfectly cured smoky bits of bacon*. Point being: if you eat meat, this is something you should put on your bucket list. You 're not going to find a better meal anytime soon, after all. 10/10, would recommend."

"I absolutely adore their grilled chicken tortas and sopes! I've tried a variety of dishes, but these are by far my favorites. Coming from a traditional Mexican background, this food truly brings me back to the flavors I grew up loving! The salsa is fantastic—it's a crucial element for us Mexicans—so I really enjoy sitting there with my family and friends, snacking while we wait for our meals. The service is exceptionally kind and attentive; they are always more than willing to help with anything you need. This place is definitely one of my top choices in downtown because it always leaves me feeling calm and happy!"

"I have eaten here about 3 times with my coworkers and absolutely loved it every time. It 's a small restaurant but the employees are so kind and are very attentive! The owner is a great guy and always takes care of us. Also, I totally recommend ordering the soufflé!! I can 't wait to go back next time with my friends and family : I 've also tried 3 different items each time I 've come and enjoyed each! :Pictured are: French onion soup and a ratatouille crepe.Video: The Soufflé Parking: There 's is one parking spot in the front by the restaurant with a sign that says for dine in customers at Le Gourmet . "I worked at the restaurant Depot and Chef Adel had given me one of his cards to stop and try it out. I and my family love Mediterranean food. I know my dads tried a few different Mediterranean restaurants like me, I offered him to go with me. We went together yesterday and the service was amazing, very nice people and very good food. I and my father both think that this Mediterranean food is one of the best we had, high-quality food and high-quality people. You need to try it out if you are in the area and looking for a good Mediterranean food."

"The portion sizes were excellent. The chicken and shrimp were cooked to perfection, but the steak was overcooked. I tried calling the restaurant to inquire about the sauces, but I wasn't able to reach them. Additionally, charging for sauce on an order exceeding $30 seems unreasonable; sauces should be included without any extra charge."

"This place right here is one of the most unique places that I have been to. They have a full deli, sell fresh bread, make spectacular sandwiches, some of the best fried chicken, some of the most delicious pizza!! You can buy their pizza dough, meats, cheese and sauce and make your own pizza at home!! They truly offer a little piece of Italy, and the service is non comparable! You can often see the owner cleaning tables, speaking to the customers and ready to answer all of your questions with a big smile! I drive 30 mins from where I live and it is definitely worth it each and every time!! You will not regret it!"

"Pizza crust is very good. I ordered a chicken Parm sandwich that was ok . Tasted like I would expect from any pizza place. The one thing that really upset me was I ordered a 18inch pizza and asked for table bacon as one of the toppings. To my disappointment they use FAKE bacon bits for this topping . To me fake table bacon bits are disgusting. I expected more on a $45 dollar large pizza. Many better options. I'm not opposed to an expensive pizza. I just think it should be worth it. Fresh ingredients. Nothing fake For what it matters. . In regards to the owners response. Not that it matters but it was a build your own pizza. Yes I got quit s few toppings. No where on your menu did it say imitation bacon bits"

"We took several family members out for a graduation celebration for the granddaughter. Our meal was paella so the waitress recommended we order it right away, ostensibly so we could all eat together. Our meal came in half an hour and the rest of the party watched us eat for another half an hour. It was an entertainment disaster! The paella was barely passable, with lots of rice and very little sea food. The lamb was a small portion without any side dishes and the French beef was very unattractive, and sat like a lump of dirt; again no side dishes and most unattractive.We sat in the patio but we could have stayed in the parking lot for the amount of service we got. This restaurant was quite expensive but we were ok with that as this was a special occasion. Never again! I Hop would be an improvement!"

"I tried the popular avocado bacon cheeseburger, and it was a delicious, classic burger made with fresh, homemade-quality ingredients. It came loaded with plenty of bacon and avocado! The prices are reasonable, and the staff is really friendly. The bathroom, however, could use some improvement, but overall, it’s a fantastic spot!"

"My friend and I were in the area for some racing and decided to do some bar hopping on a Friday (11/10/2023). A bartender we met during the day recommended this spot. The atmosphere was great, with refreshing drinks and friendly people. It felt like we had been regulars there forever. Although I wasn’t particularly hungry, a gentleman at the bar kindly offered me a slice of his pizza, and it was delicious. I would definitely come back to try some of their food. "I waited for 30 minutes for my ice cream, only to be told that I had not placed an order. The waitress seemed confused and unprofessional, even asking me how the items were made as if I worked there. When the ice cream finally arrived, it was not made correctly and needed to be remade. To make matters worse, they poured strawberry sauce on top of my sundae and froze my brownies. I did not leave a tip and would not recommend this restaurant due to the childish and unprofessional staff. My overall experience was disappointing and I suggest offering refunds or positive reassurances to customers when mistakes are made. The price per person for a dinner was $100+ and I rated the food, service, and atmosphere as a 1 out of 10."

"This is a fantastic cafe to visit on a beautiful day. The food is typical cafe fare, and I ordered an omelet, fries, and biscuit with gravy, which were just as you'd expect—nothing extraordinary, but not a negative either. Our server, Janice, was fantastic, not just with our table but with everyone around us, even getting all the patrons to sing Happy Birthday for someone else, which added a nice touch. I was there with my in-laws, wife, and daughter, and we all loved watching the planes constantly landing and taking off. There’s even an opportunity to get up close to the aircraft. It's a fun experience that people of all ages would appreciate."

"Good selection of beer. Out of the way in a business park, practically at the west end of Cable Airport runway so outdoor seating is way cool for aviation enthusiasts. No food served but general a food truck on site after 4:00pm. Few alcohol alternatives. Iced tea tasted strange. Got a Diet Coke instead. Indoor seating is comfortable with view of brewery too."
