"To start, we ordered the special mussels appetizer, which was absolutely delicious. The mussels were cooked to perfection, and the broth was flavorful and savory. For our main courses, my wife chose the eggplant Parmesan, while I opted for the rigatoni al forno. The eggplant Parmesan was enormous and expertly prepared, featuring a crispy breading and a gooey, melted cheese topping. The rigatoni al forno was outstanding as well, with perfectly al dente pasta, a rich and flavorful tomato sauce, and homemade meatballs that practically melted in my mouth.
Overall, our experience at Trattoria Romana South was exceptional. The food was delectable, the service was impeccable, and the atmosphere was both romantic and inviting. We can’t wait to return soon!"
