"A group of three of us went to this BBQ restaurant. We were disappointed to find out they didn't serve BBQ on Thursdays. The draft beer we ordered was bitter, suggesting they needed to clean their lines. We ordered two Beast sandwiches and a Bella sandwich. The buns were soggy, the onions tasted off, and the fries were black and oily. The mac and cheese was clearly made with Velveeta cheese from a box, with no added flavor. The restaurant was also out of specials and we had to ask multiple servers for more ketchup, who seemed more interested in chatting with regulars or friends. The ketchup containers were tiny, making us wonder if they were in short supply. Our 18-year-old server was great, but it seemed like she was doing the work of other servers as well. Overall, it was a big disappointment, especially since it was for my son's birthday. We had never been there before and gave him the choice between this place and Ribber - we regretted the decision. In terms of ratings, we would give the food a 2, service a 4, and atmosphere a 1."
