"I frequently order from this restaurant for lunch, and I've always loved it, which is why it's my go-to spot. However, I'm really disappointed today because the chicken in my tikka masala special was burnt. The burnt flavor permeated the entire dish, making it quite unpleasant. This experience has made me hesitant to order again, as I'm worried about potentially having my lunch spoiled by burnt chicken that they chose not to replace. Everyone knows you can't mask the taste of burnt chicken. I'm completely let down and feel like I wasted my money today."

"Jersey Mikes is a new place for us. We've heard about them, but only recently have we ordered out or eaten in. The Wayne NJ location is okay. This is our second Jersey Mikes location we've purchased from. The staff were friendly and know their product. All staff were busy with either assisting customers or making sandwiches. The store was clean and I would have been okay eating in. The sandwich ordered was fresh and tasty. I should've ordered the large instead of the regular. It was that good."

"We had a delicious meal at Paola’s. She made us a wonderful anti pasta. Beautiful artichoke and mozzarella with a nice ham. Wonderful pasta with clams and seafood. Would recommend to let Paola make you a delicious meal as a chefs choice. She has an amazing home made limoncello. We’ve eaten here three times now. It was fantastic every single time. Thank you Paola for the great hospitality and wonderful meals. We will be back If you are in the Philly area you have to drop by."

"I have to say my family and I were very disappointed with our recent trip to taste of Britain. This is a place we always love going to. However, since I made the reservation way in advance I was not aware of the pre fixed winter wonderland menu. We still tried to make the most of it and even asked if we could substitute for the sandwich flavors we love but we were told this wasn’t possible. We ended up not eating most of the food that was brought to us mostly because it was not good in general (dry/hard scones, tough meatballs, and food that did not look appetizing). Then to find out it was $54 per person was additionally upsetting since we definitely did not get a great experience from this. After speaking with the manager, they tried to brush us off but later offered a $50 for our troubles, which didn’t make us feel better about our experience. We also had a woman at the front desk shoving an iPad in our face with a text message regarding the prefixed menu which didn’t include the name of the business, the date or time of reservation, or a menu/price for what I apparently signed up for. When I made the reservation on resy, nothing was mentioned. Overall, disappointed with the service and how we were treated for a $300 tea where we couldn’t eat anything."

"Honestly all I can say is WOW. This place was amazing. Very authentic and very welcoming. I came for lunch with some coworkers and I am truly sad I had never been before. What on earth was I waiting for?? Palazzone has every pastry and cake and cookie one could dream of. You name it, I'm sure they have it. They have a little area to sit and eat panini, salads, pastas, etc. Our group shared a delicious charcuterie board. I had the Olivia salad which was a huge portion and very filling. It's rare I see tuna like this on a menu so I knew I needed to have it. We were celebrating a coworker and split the most delicious Nutella cake. It was light and covered in hazelnuts. I wanted to lick the plate. My parents literally went days later at my recommendation. This place is in the lineup now for sure."

"That was my second time when I tried this facility. I ordered the breakfast consisting of eggs, 2 pancakes, 1 sausage, 1 bacon and hash brown. The staff was very friendly and even let me watch a channel. There are only a few things I didn't like. First I didn't like to have a vegetable spread for my pancakes, I would prefer real butter. Second food was a little too bland, add some spices or salt to improve the flavors. Besides, I'll keep coming here."

"I ordered the pad see ew with chicken, and quite frankly, it felt like the restaurant underestimated my intelligence. As you can see in the photos, I mostly consumed the noodles, leaving behind the chicken that was simply inedible. After tasting just one piece, I found it overwhelmingly dry and crumbly. This suggests that they used reheated chicken, despite claiming it was fresh. To be honest, the chicken resembled scraps rather than quality meat. It only takes one experience like this for me to decide not to return. The restaurant had a chance to serve me fresh chicken, and they missed the mark entirely. Serving food like this is not only disappointing, but it can also pose a serious health risk. This was my first visit here, and I'm genuinely disappointed."

"Under the former management this was a pretty good little place for pizza and cheesesteaks, hoagies, etc. Now, I haven't had their pizza, but DO NOT ORDER THEIR CHEESESTEAKS!!! Literally, the worst I've had in the Philly area. Your local school cafeteria could do a better job. Not only was the bread bad, it was the worst kind of bread you could possibly pick for a cheesesteak b/c it easily fell apart. They also skimped on the extras I asked for while charging me an absolutely exorbitant amount of money for garbage. Again, I've never had the pizza under this new management, but I'm not interested after they ripped me off."

"High SocieTea gives that perfect vintage tea house feel while also being able to maintain a clean environment. The place is very organic and you can tell it has a lot of passion put into it. That combined with the price and quality that you receive is a really good experience. FYI, it is more English tea than it is asian style. I did the Queen's tea set $37 per person) that came with tea, scones, savory and sweet. Benefit is that you can do a junior set and every single section is additive! There is a HUGE selection of teas. I highly recommend booking and checking their website as their whole menu is there. Scones are really delicious. The entire set is actually quite filling. You leave satisfied for sure. Service is great as they were happy to serve and provide ample explanations regarding the menu itself. The serving of tea can be steadier but the passion they have cannot be replicated! It is a heavy pot of tea Afterall. Main selling points are the experience and right now it's a semi-witch english tea environment which is great for the season! I say it is absolutely worth $37 dollars if you like the tea environment! "This was one of the worst dining experiences I've ever had. I refuse to pay for such poor service and bad attitudes. I ordered shrimp teriyaki with fried rice, but they mistakenly gave me white rice. When I pointed this out and requested fried rice, they didn't seem interested in listening. The cashier was quite rude and insisted I pay an additional $1.53 for the fried rice. I agreed to the extra charge because I wanted to enjoy my meal, not waste it. Finally, they gave me the fried rice, but it came with no sauce at all. What is going on here? Am I really paying for this kind of disrespect? If you don't enjoy your job, perhaps it's time to find a new one. Customers deserve to be treated with respect so they can enjoy their meals. The service was utterly disappointing."

"I was excited to try pizza 1 because it's close to my home and I'm looking for a new local pizza spot since I moved. I ordered a margherita pizza and an order of garlic knots. Unfortunately when I opened up the margherita pizza it was just a regular cheese pizza with some mozzarella slices on top! I've never seen a margherita pie made with a full layer of cheese topped with slices of mozzarella. This margherita was a regular cheese pizza with sunglasses and a mustache pretending to be a margherita pie. The garlic knots were also hard and a little burnt."

"It's a common occurrence at many restaurants. You sit down at your local diner and see a group of 10 kids come in, order only 2 orders of fries to share, and then leave without leaving a tip for the server. Parents should do a better job teaching their children about the importance of tipping and treating others with respect. It's not right to treat servers like they don't matter. Remember the saying, "don't poo where you eat" - be kind and show respect to everyone, including your server."

"I ordered food through Uber Eats, but some items were missing. I contacted the Wayne location to speak with the manager, Francisco, hoping for assistance. I had my food in front of me but no utensils, which I had specifically requested, along with my side dish. This was at 4:20 PM, and Francisco told me to call back after 8 PM. I found him to be an ineffective leader with subpar customer service skills. I hope he faces consequences for this. Ordering food can be costly, and I expected to be acknowledged and helped."

"On Sundays, this CCF is a great option for Bergen County residents, especially since we can shop at the mall afterwards. The restaurant has successfully maintained the standard CCF experience found at other locations. As usual, our food took a while to arrive, typical of CCF. The taste was consistent with what I’ve come to expect. I tried the shrimp and chicken gumbo for the first time and enjoyed it, but the rice was a bit cold and dry; a higher quality rice would have greatly improved the dish. Our service was satisfactory. We will likely visit this CCF again when we go to Willowbrook Mall on a Sunday morning."

"My girlfriend and I had a great experience at Taphouse Grille in Wayne. We went for appetizers/drinks in mid-January after the holiday rush had finally subsided. We were immediately greeted by the hostess and once again by the bartender when approaching the bar. After looking at the drink menu, we were greeted by a manager. Taphouse Grille is under new ownership and the entire team was incredibly friendly. They happened to be doing a sampling for new ideas for appetizers and cocktails and we were encouraged to try and give our thoughts. The management team was extremely receptive and eager to hear our feedback and everything was delicious. It was great to see that they are interested in creating a balance in offering some new options as well as keeping the menu largely the same to draw new customers and keep their regulars happy. In contrast to other reviews I've seen, the prices on the menu seem the same. I felt that there was good value at the prices listed and the portion amounts were perfect. All drinks and appetizers that we had tried were delicious! We literally could not stop eating the bacon wrapped jalapenos stuffed with fig and goat cheese. They also had a bourbon honey glaze and this combo was incredible. Definitely get these when you visit! We also ordered a pizza and it was cooked perfectly. Even after the sampling of food and pizza, I found myself eager to try more food! I'm happy to see that Taphouse Grille is in good hands with the new owners and look forward to coming back again soon."

"It was a busy Saturday night, but the staff was incredibly friendly, attentive, and helpful, making us feel welcomed and appreciated. We didn’t have to wait long for anything at all. We were seated right away, and our menus, appetizers, drinks, and meals arrived at the perfect intervals. I was really impressed with the entire experience. I just wish we didn’t live an hour and a half away, or we would be coming here much more often. Thank you to everyone at Positano for making our first visit so enjoyable!"

"The food at this restaurant is excellent! It's a fantastic place to dine with delicious and flavorful dishes. We ordered the Lamb Tikka Masala and Palak Paneer, both of which were very good. We will definitely return here in the future. We are fans of Indian cuisine and have found that not all restaurants offer Palak Paneer on their menu. Even when they do, it's not always up to par. However, the Palak Paneer at this restaurant exceeded our expectations and we had enough leftovers to take home. Overall, a great dining experience!"

"The food was just okay; nothing special, and the hash browns were overcooked. There was an amusing swarm of flies, though! The loud music coming from the kitchen was quite something, especially since it continued to blare even after another customer asked them to turn it down—clearly the cooks take precedence over the patrons. It was also quite hot inside, yet they weren’t serving on the patio an hour and a half before closing time on a lovely day. The restrooms are tiny, and the dining area is cramped and noisy—I felt like I knew everything about the people sitting next to me. The service wasn't terrible, but that's not saying much. I think I’ll stick to the other Nudys locations, which are typically much better than this one. I'm not sure how this place has earned a 4.4-star rating."
