"I have always enjoyed McBrides and have been there many times over the past five years I have lived here in Wichita Falls. My original review was that it was great service, family friendly, and a great time. This trip my server was great, the food was good but there was a drunk man with his party and they were being very loud and using very offensive language. There was a family behind them having to listen to this drunk, loud mouth swearing and carrying on. Our waitress was very apologetic, I informed her it was not her fault. I went up front and asked that the manager should take care of it. He never showed. We finally went up front to pay our bill, as we did not want to hear the foul mouth anymore. The manager never left the back room to even address the drunk or our concerns. I feel for all the other groups that had to listen to this loud mouth, but I guess his money was somehow worth more than ours. I'm not sure I will go back with management like that. Sad for a family business."

"Nice, hospitable folks and staff at this Lubys. Food taste and qual6was quite surprising. The Santa Fe chicken was seasoned well and the green beans were still firm but tender. Mashed potatoes and gravy were delicious. Unsweetened tea was fresh."

"Absolutely amazing, the vibe, the atmosphere, just everything about it was great. The food was to die for delicious, we choose a few different things and hubby was extemley excited about trying the different beers. Before we even left we were looking at our calendars to go back to try the other meals, such a wide selection of food and the widest selection of beers I've ever seen in the US. The service was the best service ever, our server JOSH was absolutely amazing, friendly, funny, knowledgeable and just a downright great guy, we were so comfortable with him he felt like a friend not like a server and we were telling our friends and family about him the same night, someone like that with that vibe and friendliness will bring people in everytime he deserves a raise he was just brilliant. Definitely recommend Bricktown Tap House 100 times over and definitely a 5 experience for us.. Go check them out."

"They've really stepped up this whole sanitary game. The main restaurant looks so clean and spacious now. Whenever Jeannie sees me, she knows my order like the back of her hand, even tho I haven't been in there in ages (Rona distancing). Rebecca has done a great job getting the parking lot redone, and now the smokers have a really nice place to set out on the patio. It's like being a member of Cheers. They know us, treat us right, and are always glad we came."

"If I could, I would give this restaurant a 4.5 out of 5. There are so many fantastic things about this place. It is exceptionally clean, from the condiment shakers to the workstations! The staff is both efficient and friendly. They offer margaritas, brewed tea, a fantastic selection of coffee, as well as various bar drinks and beers. I have to say, their dessert menu is the best in town, featuring some truly indulgent options. The chocolate dessert I tried was absolutely incredible. I ordered a gyro, which was quite delicious, but I can't help but compare it to my all-time favorite from another Texas city, which is why I'm giving it 4.5 stars instead of a full 5. I will definitely return because the food was genuinely good! The atmosphere is clean, modern, and sleek, making it very appealing. I visited for lunch, but it would also be a great spot for date night."

"First time coming to Mia’s, and won’t be the last hopefully. Searching different Italian places and Mia’s popped up. Wife I and we’re very pleased with the whole experience. The Bistro was clean and smelled amazing. The service was on par and timely. The food was excellent! Nice traditional flavor. Hope this will become a new “usual” spot for us in the future as we come around. I’d picked Mia’s over Olive Garden or Johnny’s."

"I have a dairy allergy, so Italian food is very difficult. When I called to place an order, the gentleman I spoke to was very understanding and serious about my allergy. My best friend even ordered the tiamasu cake and the gentleman said “ma’am you cannot eat that m, it has dairy!!” I felt very heard and content about how serious he took with my allergy, but it rest assured, it’s for my best friend. The order process was quick, the pick up was smooth and the food? DELICIOUS! Very hard to find delicious dairy free food outside of my home, so thank you Luigi’s for giving me and my friends an amazing meal. Dietary restrictions: Dairy free options when you let them know!!! "Love it! Met Willie himself! Even got a hat! Have been trying to get back up there to get their Bleu cheese burger for months, we finally did! My goodness, it was delicious! My son had a triple bacon w/cheese bottle caps! He said it was to die for. That's something from a 25 yr old! This place may be small but let me tell ya, they are huge on flavor and taste! "I’m honestly shocked that there could be anything but positive reviews. This place is an absolute GEM. We are foodies from Houston and Fox Hill will forever be my favorite place in Wichita Falls. The atmosphere is incredible, very romantic and personal. We started with the bacon wrapped dates stuffed with goat cheese (so good and the calamari (they even fried jalapeños! and every single person in our party of 7 were amazed by their main dish. Our waiter, Zach, provided impeccable service, from offering insightful menu recommendations to ensuring our every need was met. His warm and attentive demeanor enhanced our dining experience, making it truly memorable. Highly recommend!"

I tried the shrimp spring rolls, but they were very bland, and the peanut sauce was lacking flavor and had a jelly-like consistency. Overall, the dishes didn’t have much taste, and the soup was missing mint leaves. Additionally, they tacked on an extra 10% inflation fee. My total for one small soup and two spring rolls came to $21.00. Service was for dine-in."

"Wow, this restaurant is always packed. There was a line when I went around 11 am. The menu is huge and it was hard to decide what to get. I ended up choosing between a Chai Frappwle and a BUTTERBEER Frappe, being a big Harry Potter fan. I chose the Butterbeer Frappe. There are different seating options, including little alcove rooms. We chose one of those and had a great time. My only complaint is that they didn't have ready-made hot plain black coffee. They did make me one though, which was nice. However, the end of the drink had some coffee grinds in it, which wasn't pleasant."

"A friend and I went in a 9pm and seated ourselves per the signage. We waited over 20 mins and no one ever came to our table. We even tried signaling to the wait staff to no avail. A group of servers were standing at the back end of the bar just laughing and talking the whole time. side note It was not busy at all as there were only about 4 other groups of people in the room. If there was a way to give 0 stars I would've done it. I have been here for two previous functions but I am sure I will NEVER be returning and definitely will not be recommending to anyone."

"The atmosphere is very crowded, so if you're claustrophobic, I wouldn't go here. However, the service is always brilliant and lively! Our server Cara was very friendly and lived practically from our table. Our food was hot and our drinks never have less than half full! My family and I always love eating here. The only thing we missed was the birthday boy for my wife, as it was her birthday, but we had a great time! Parking: If you can't find a car park in TRH car park, there is a low right next to it with many parking spaces available."

"I went to the Raising Cane's on Kell E Blvd in Wichita Falls. I went through the drive thru and my car ended up stopping. The Manager Chris and his employees went above and beyond to help me. Chris was so helpful and such a blessing to me and my 2 young children in the car. He tried to help me get my car started. Even though we couldn't get it started he called and waited for the tow truck with me. I can't thank him and his amazing staff enough for the gratitude that they showed us. The food is always amazing and hot to order. Thank you for your kindness Chris ,I am forever grateful"

"Absolutely terrible dining experience. To start out with it took the bartender almost an hour, and two tries to make a strawberry margarita how I requested, and still wasn?t correct but I just gave up. We then ordered our food and I received my beef fajitas. I am not a picky person, and I cannot remember the last time I sent something back or actually asked for it to be taken off because it was to bad to eat. These fajitas were completely cold, so chewy that they were almost unedible, and tasted disgusting, like day old sitting out beef. I?m just hoping I do not get food poisoning tomorrow. I then kindly requested if the waitress could see if she could do anything about the meal, because I will be going home and stopping at a fast food restaurant on the way because I couldn?t eat the food I was given. She walked away and came back with $7 off of my meal, they wouldn?t even comp the meal! I have never had such a bad experience, it was so bad I decided that I had to take time out of my day to write this review so other people don?t have to experience what I went through."

"I absolutely love Red Lobster! The food is consistently delicious and the prices are always reasonable. The biscuits are incredibly scrumptious, and there’s a wide variety of meals to choose from. I opted for the three-course meal, which included lobster bisque, coconut prawns, and shrimp Alfredo, all of which were fantastic. My husband had the salad, shrimp Alfredo, and shrimp cocktail, and he enjoyed every bit of it as well. I always indulge in the giant glass of strawberry mojito because it’s just so tasty. I would definitely recommend Red Lobster; it’s very family-friendly too. The staff were friendly and wonderfully accommodating."

"The man who took my order over the phone was rude a d didn 't even tell me how long til it would be ready for pick up and he flat hung up on me without another word I thought maybe ot was busy. When I went I. To pick up it was NOT busy so that excuse couldn 't be the issue. My mom has "issues and I was with her when I called in order. She was loud in background so I didn 't hear his inital question so he had to repeat it. He was simply rude and apparently had no reason. Esp not when he could hear her in the background which said I obviously had something going on on my end. He had ni personality when I encountered him in the store either He seemed like he was probably rude or aloof more often than not. The lady I saw was in fact friendly and personable. The little man with the attitude should maybe not take calls or run a register. The only smile I saw from him was to another male coworker. And a male customer that required about 10 min of time to sample a vinegrette. Which is fine but don 't stop the ONE line for that. He may needs to learn to multitask on another level. Sorry I 'm not usually rude but he got me fired up about 3-4 days ago. Well, it’s been a month and I went back. We are temporarily without a vehicle so I have to get a ride up to this location. I went inside to order and the one lady working the counter had quite a line and did quite great. Unfortunately as seems to be the case I get my order all bagged and ready so I leave. Only to discover at the house I’ve paid for something I did not receive and the only way to get it is to walk there. I am so very tired of the disappointment in customer service. Not just here but most everywhere I go. Tighten up McAlister’s y’all have lost some customers.oh I read Cinthia’s review after mine and there are no hair nets that I have seen. And her review got an owners response, go fuk’n figure."
