However, we did have a less-than-ideal experience due to the staff member supervising the trampoline area. The kids dubbed her "the warden" because she seemed overly strict, yelling at them for even minor infractions. There were a lot of rules like no sitting on mats, no hanging on the basketball nets while jumping and dunking, and only one person allowed on each basketball mat at a time. The constant shouting made the experience quite frustrating and felt like a waste of money.
On the bright side, there were fun games, decent prizes, and it was still a good time for family bonding. Overall, we had fun, but the strict supervision could definitely use some improvement."
