"This is undoubtedly one of my favorite restaurants. Each visit is a wonderful experience. The staff is consistently friendly, and the restaurant is always spotless. They are attentive without being overbearing. The prices are reasonable, and the service is remarkably quick—I’ve never had to wait more than 10 minutes for my food. I’ve been coming here for years, and it’s perfect for a nice lunch, a laid-back dinner, or even a special anniversary celebration."

"I called to order a grilled cheese sandwich for lunch. When I picked it up and returned to work, I discovered that the cheese wasn't even melted. I called the restaurant to inform them, and they suggested that I come back for a replacement sandwich. When I asked if they could deliver a new sandwich instead, they said that was not an option. They only offered me either a refund or a new sandwich, but not both, for the inconvenience. I spoke with Angel, an employee there, and when I requested to speak to a manager, he told me to call back tomorrow. The customer service left a lot to be desired, so I won’t be ordering from this restaurant again."

"Went here for 1st time. I will day from the moment you sat down the service was impeccable. The food was very good. I had a chicken scarpariello. It had great flavor and was spicy but not overbearing. My sons meatball raviolis were excellent. Interior is very nice and warm. Parking can be a little difficult as it's right on corner of Yonkers Ave. The staff was A#1. I don't think I have seen as well a restaurant as far as timing of food coming out waiting to order. I even complemented the owner they were that good."

"The meal for lunch was hot, fresh, and delicious! I ordered the lemon sole and was thrilled to see that they served real sole instead of substituting with Tilapia like some other places do. The restaurant was small, cozy, and clean. The food was extremely enjoyable. Our waiter was very friendly and accommodating. I was initially hesitant to try this place because I've had bad experiences with diner food in the past, but I was pleasantly surprised. I will definitely be coming back again. Also, the beef barley soup that came with my meal was delicious."

"I work at a university and we had to place some large orders this summer. The staff at this restaurant was incredibly helpful and even provided us with plates, napkins, and plastic utensils upon request. The pizza was delicious and they offer gluten-free options as well as accommodations for other dietary restrictions such as veganism. I highly recommend this place, especially if you need to order for a large event or just for a casual night out."

"The food here is delicious, with a wide range of options including pizza, calzones, sandwiches, wraps, and desserts—many of which allow for customizations. The portion sizes are generous, and the prices are very reasonable considering the quality. Service is satisfactory, and they offer 7-8 daily specials. Catering menus are also available. I tried a wrap filled with grilled chicken, shrimp, Portobello mushrooms, and fresh mozzarella, and it was one of the best wraps I've ever had. The flavors were outstanding, the texture was excellent, and everything was perfectly balanced. It also came with fries. I finished off with the zeppoli topped with Nutella, which was quite good too."

"The food here is quite good; I especially enjoy the chicken pineapple fried rice. However, I wish it had a bit more flavor and spice. The customer service is excellent, and the staff, especially the kids, are always a joy to chat with—they seem like really nice people. The lunch specials are very affordable, and even the specialty sushi rolls are reasonably priced. It's a small restaurant that may not look appealing from the outside, but the interior is cozy and charming."

"Recently, I took my children to the Irish coffee shop in Yonkers, hoping for a pleasant dining experience and a taste of Irish hospitality. Unfortunately, our visit turned out to be quite disappointing and discriminatory. Upon entering the coffee shop, we were greeted by a rude woman who seemed unwelcoming. When I went to place our order, she looked at us with disdain, stating that we were not welcome in her establishment and suggesting we eat elsewhere. This discriminatory treatment left us feeling hurt and marginalized. As Irish Travelers, we had hoped to celebrate our heritage and enjoy a taste of Ireland, but instead, we were met with exclusion and prejudice. It is disheartening to encounter such behavior in this day and age. All customers should be treated with kindness and fairness, regardless of their background. I hope the management takes action to address this unacceptable behavior and ensures it does not happen again. I urge potential customers to consider other options that prioritize inclusivity and respect for all patrons. It is important for businesses to create a welcoming environment for all customers, regardless of their background."

"Richie treated us like royalty. The food was amazing. I don’t think I will ever go to little Italy in the city or Arthur Avenue for Italian food. The food is that good at Casa Mia! Everything is super fresh!!! I celebrated my best friends birthday but I will be back for my birthday. I wish I could give this place a million stars that’s how happy I was with the food, drinks, ambiance and service."

"We enjoyed the guacamole and salsa. The medium guacamole and it was fairly spicy. Each person ordered a different kind of enchiladas and tacos and then we traded around so that everyone could try several kinds. We were severed quickly which would be good for people who have an evening engagement. Our only complaint was that it was quick noisy which made it difficult to hear each other at our table."

"I'm a bit tied up that my employees are happy to eat here every Wednesday for their pasta specialties. I'm with them for the first time today and was completely underwhelmed. Pasta is overcooked and muddy, oversalted, and the Carbonara sauce was not as described when I asked the server about it. I asked what was in it, as I know, many American Italian spots belong onions in their Carbonara and the server said nothing about them, so I thought I was sure, but no, I was served a dish I was allergic to. I ate about her as well as I could because I'm not anaphylactic and wasn't interested in making my staff too late, but I'm not excited about the abdominal pain I have to do with. When the server took them away, he asked if I liked it and I explained my allergy and I was not offered an apology for the decay in communication. For what it is worth, it is also a cream-based sauce, so if you are milk free or looking for an authentic Carbonara, you will find it here, but the server was at least transparent about the cream when I asked about the preparation. I was then listed $2 more for the court than on their website and the price quoted is still worth more than what I get. I recently paid less for a similar dish in Manhattan where I got a larger part. I am generous with 3 stars as they clearly take care of their regular guests, like my staff, and the service was fast. Ultimately, it is overpriced and if you don't want a regular service room. I don't want to be back. Editing for the owner who answered: I was in advance unable to eat my dish and we were still charged, so while I guess you want to keep things positive, that is not what I have experienced. In addition, only 2 3 of the pastas were listed on the special menu as $10, and while that is a good offer, it is not reflective for the rest of the prices you offer. Sincerely you wish the best, but it is not for me."

"Worst service I can remember. The passed meat was mostly tasty and the guys serving it pleasant, but when youâre eating at a table filled with dirty salad plates and ice cold side dishes (delivered as we sat down), it kills the whole night. From when we refused dessert until I finally found someone to bring me the bill was around minutes. This is the second bad dinner at a Texas de Brazil in the last month. The place has really gone down the tubes while the price has remained high."

"Amazing salsa !! Great service and a fun environment !!! But they need better chefs with more than one cooking style who know how NOT to overcook all the meat they offer. ALL dishes taste very similar! All with burnt burn marks on "whatever" meat, mixed with similar spices and all well done to finish cooking. The burned cremation, like a fajitas, but for every dish? This is the second time that I had to come here with the same results ... I refuse the next time I am invited ... Maybe have a drink because the mood is good and fun ... she just need better cooks ..."

"I celebrated my birthday at this restaurant on Friday night, and I was thoroughly impressed by the incredible musical talent of Chris and Victoria Parkin, as well as the delicious lobster bisque, linguini, and sangria. Victoria has a wonderfully smooth and beautiful voice, and Chris performs exceptionally well in English, Italian, and Spanish, sounding like a native speaker. Another customer, who was also celebrating her birthday, requested him to sing "La Bamba," and he absolutely nailed it while accompanying himself on the guitar. The entire restaurant staff was very friendly, and I highly recommend that everyone visit this place on Fridays from 7 PM to 10 PM to experience the amazing talent and fantastic food. You'll feel like a VIP at a concert!"

"Wow, just wow! Nawab was our favorite Pakistani Indian restaurant over 4 years ago when we worked in Yonkers; we have recently gone back to celebrate my husband's birthday and IT DID NOT DISAPPOINT! We were there for lunch on Thursday and it was not crowded, and the atmosphere was very relaxing I enjoyed the music they played. We have the best place in the house on the big window. Our server was super nice and knowledgeable about the food, and she made us so welcome. The FOOD was even better than I remembered! We have Balti Chicken and Lamb Balti Gosht, plus Mango Lassi. Everything tasted delicious and fresh. The meat was so tender! We had such a great experience that I wish we had returned earlier! Thank you. Nawab, for the excellent meal and wonderful service!"

"Underwhelming Experience Despite High Hopes I recently visited X20 in New York to celebrate my mother's birthday, highly recommended by friends and family. We had heard glowing reviews about this place, so my expectations were quite high. Regrettably, our visit didn't live up to the hype. The initial service started well; we were seated promptly, and our drinks and appetizers arrived quickly. The appetizers were delightful, but the real disappointment came when we waited for our main courses. Here's where things took a frustrating turn: tables seated after us and even a larger party that arrived later got their meals ahead of us. We waited for an hour before finally calling over the maitre d' to inquire about our orders. It was disappointing that they hadn't noticed the prolonged wait. When our meals finally arrived, they were, at best, just okay and certainly not worth the extensive delay. What added to our disappointment was that neither the waiter nor the maitre d' returned to check on our dining experience. We were interested in ordering more drinks, but no one came by to ask. To make matters worse, it was challenging to identify our assigned waiter, as multiple staff members attended to us, contributing to the overall disarray. Considering the high praise from our loved ones, our experience at X20 was a letdown. We left feeling frustrated and let down, questioning the reasons for its previous acclaim. Sadly, my mother's birthday dinner didn't meet the standards we had hoped for, and I'm uncertain whether we'll be returning anytime soon."

"My dinner companion informed the waiter her diet was dairy free and he replied that it is an Italian restaurant and the main ingredients are garlic, cheese and butter! Not a really good way to begin the dinner! My companion ordered penne over broccoli rabe with grilled chicken which was o.k. although the chicken was very rubbery. I know this because the waiter, same guy, gave us the wrong doggie bags . My friend went home with my quite good seafood salad and I got her rubbery chicken! The wine was a good hefty pour and my Tanqueray and tonic was delicious! Quite noisy but restroom was clean and attractive! My daughter who lives in the neighborhood likes the place so her opinion is more important than mine."
