"Whoever was working at this hour, was so very rude over the phone!! How can you tell a guest over the phone to hold their horses as you’re assisting other guests in front of you? Do we see that over the phone? Plus… call dropped the first time I was on hold, now I’m not sure if he hung up after I asked for delivery. When I had called back the third time he mentioned he wasn’t speaking to me he was saying it to a male guest? Omg unacceptable!! Very poor customer service!!"
