"Ahh, Ampm, this might just be the worst store I've ever been to. The night clerks are unfriendly, rude, and seem to waste a lot of time. The rewards system is practically useless—it rarely works and often goes offline. In just one week, my rewards were discarded because the system wasn’t functioning properly. It’s truly shameful and unprofessional, reflecting extremely poor customer service. There are plenty of other gas stations with rewards programs that actually work, along with much better customer service, where you'll be treated with respect. The management here needs to be reconsidered, as the staff seems untrained, unprofessional, and indifferent. My feelings toward Ampm have soured drastically, and I’ll be taking my business elsewhere. Honestly, the experience here makes me want to avoid this store completely."
