"I used to visit this restaurant daily, but after being away for a few months, my recent experience was disappointing. It was clear that the management had changed, as the place appeared dirty and there were too many employees standing around doing nothing. When I ordered a sandwich "Mike's way," they put so much vinegar on it that I had to tilt it to let the excess drain out. When it was time to cut the sandwich, I asked for it to be wrapped to avoid it falling apart, but the employee refused, insisting that he had been working there for over two years and knew how to cut it. Naturally, the sandwich fell apart and had to be reassembled. They also attempted to charge me twice, despite the fact that I had already paid and included a tip. When I asked for my tip back, they refused and lectured me about how I should have received my meal. The service was poor, the sandwich was soggy, and when I tried to speak with the manager over the phone, he abruptly hung up on me. They may believe they are worth $20 an hour, but they have lost my business for good."
