"These guys are very rude ,they told me to not come again because they didnt like me,they should be fired asap, i was a regular customer,the only reason i used to go there is that they have halal italian food thats it otherwise the service is too bad they were even cursing me in their language and they didnt realize i understood .and when they said they didnt like me i asked about talking to the owner because thats the only halal spot i know ,the guy laughed and said are you crazy dont you think we have the power to ask you not to come here again ,we dont like you and dont wanna give you food again so dont come back ,i was literally shocked at that time about how he was continuously disrespecting me ,i dont know whom to tell but yeah if anyone know how to complain on a bigger level let me know"

"This restaurant could easily be a five-star experience because, for the most part, the chefs do an excellent job. The food is reasonably priced, well-prepared, and typically served hot. However, the woman who answers the phone and manages the counter is quite unpleasant. She lacks both friendliness and professionalism. It's clear that any question you ask her only increases her disdain for you. When I requested a receipt, she handed me the store copy instead. This negative attitude is harmful to your business; I expect to be treated with kindness when I'm spending my money. While the club sub was delicious, the service left a sour taste in my mouth. I suggest either replacing her or providing some training."

"After I placed my order, I was told it would take about 15 minutes, which was fine since I had time to spare, but it actually took 35 minutes. I appreciate that the chicken is made to order, but they need to find a way to serve everything warm. On top of that, I didn’t receive all my chicken initially; they brought out the rest about 10 minutes later. They did give me an extra piece to make up for the wait. I’d definitely return, but just for the chicken—it really is that good. The atmosphere left a bit to be desired; the tables and chairs felt scattered and unorganized. They could improve this, as the place has great potential. The staff were friendly, though. I hope this feedback helps!"

"This place is really the worse the old fat sweaty egyptian is no longer there so i figured it would be better the black is definitely more pleasant however he must have a hearing problem because I specifically asked for no cheese and tomatoes and no salt on my food .. this man doused my fries with salt . theres just no way a person can eat this much salt on one single fry had my fry looking like sour candy worms just coated with salt then i take a look at my burger and theres melted cheese on my burger lucky i was able to scrap as much of it off and the cheese cake ? i dont think its real cheesecake I actually took a picture of it. I had no idea where the crumbs went but it wasnt there lol but all honesty hes better than the egyptian he just need to write what the customer wants down on paper i wouldnt go there for food but for drinks and other small pre packaged items sure . simply because theres only one person there so most likely hand hygiene might be missed you wouldnt know for sure because you cant see back there the idea of someone handling the money and cooking the food if it gets just a little pack may cause this boy to forget about hand hygiene when going back to handle food"

"Asked for a delivery at 12:10a.m I got my food at 1:21a.m my food arrived all crazy inside of the bag one of my milkshakes was halfway full with no spillage anywhere and my other milkshake was disgustingly hot the food was cold and my salad was old my apple pie was literally empty inside WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!! ????"

"The tall guy working as cashier is very rude disrespectful. He yells at customers has a really bad attitude. We purchased a full chicken family meal he didn’t give us a full breast, he just gave us one half breast he cut that in half then got very angry when we mentioned it to him. He probably used the other breast that we purchased to sell another meal, that’s stealing from food from customers that paid for a full chicken. We also ordered large order of beans the container was mostly full of water hardly any beans, again stealing food from customers not giving us the food that we paid for. We will never go back."

"Very tasty food and not something I expected at all from a gas station location! Very comparable to Popeyes in many ways. Super crisped and juicy chicken, fluffy biscuits, and the wedges are good too. The place itself is small but you aren't really gonna be eating inside the place. It's a more order take-out type of place. Service is good enough, average for fast food at worst. Price is like 20 dollars less than Popeyes for similar quality too, so you can't beat that.Parking: It's right in the Arco gas station, so any parking situation is very situational. During peak hours of gas station use it's nearly impossible to find parking, but if you wait or look around you it's doable eventually."
