"I arrived in Indianapolis last night and saw Jack's Donuts on the way to my hotel. I was excited to try it, but as soon as I stepped through the door, my feeling of elation sunk faster a ship with a hole. It was packed, which is understandable- it's in the heart of Indy, and it seems to be relatively popular. I waited for about ten minutes, which was fine- I was just happy about the prospect of breakfast. But when I arrived the counter, I found the service was lacking at best, negligent at worst. The doughnuts were dry, and the cider wasn't cider- it was apple-cinnamon syrup that was pumped into a cup of hot water. Needless to say, I will not be returning, and I suggest you don't either."
