"I visited this location around 9 AM on February 5, 2022, and it was clear that it’s a popular spot, as evidenced by the long lines both inside and at the drive-thru. I ordered some donuts, but unfortunately, they were served cold. I was in a hurry to get to work, so I couldn’t address the issue at the time. However, I still enjoyed the donuts despite their temperature. After my visit, I took the time to complete the survey on the bottom of the receipt to provide my feedback. To my surprise, the owner reached out to me shortly after, and we had a discussion about my experience. I was genuinely impressed by their quick response. In my 30 years of enjoying donuts from various Shipley’s locations, this was my first time having such direct communication. While the donuts weren't at their best that day, the owner’s prompt response demonstrated a sincere concern for customers and the quality of their product. I will definitely continue to support this shop whenever I can, thanks to their dedication. Thank you!"
