"My sister worked at this café for many years, and it used to be a wonderful place. Unfortunately, the service has recently declined, and the staff's attitude has become rude and unprofessional. Every time I’ve attempted to get food delivered, it has either arrived late or not at all. I’ve been on hold with Uber Eats trying to get a refund, having placed my order at 9:30 AM, and now it’s almost 11:30 AM. This situation is completely unacceptable, and I will not be ordering from here again. Moreover, as the manager of the local school office, they've just lost our breakfast business going forward. Good riddance—I hope they face the consequences of their actions."
