"Delicious food at great prices, and the staff is incredibly friendly! We tried the three-piece fish, a salad with chicken, two pieces of fried chicken, onion rings, and coleslaw, and everything was fantastic. The fish was perfectly cooked, with a delightful breading that made it incredibly tender. The fried chicken had a nice flavor, but it was a bit too spicy for my liking, as I’m not a fan of spicy food. However, the chicken on the salad was not spicy at all, made from their chicken tenders, which were just right. Overall, I highly recommend Highway Fried Chicken and Seafood. It’s a fantastic addition to the Jefferson area, and I will definitely be back! Thank you!"
