"I often travel for work and I love Salem's in Tampa, but this location has been incredibly disappointing, especially after a long day when I'm just looking for something satisfying to eat, and I’m willing to pay a bit more for it. *Update*: I visited the drive-thru and spent $60, but I still didn't receive the right condiments. I checked the bag, but mistakenly thought that ranch was tartar sauce, so I ended up with nothing for my fish. Salem's, please listen—your food is fantastic, but for many of us, the right condiments can really enhance the meal. I noticed that the person who delivered my food wasn’t the same person I interacted with during the order process. It might be a good idea to have food runners double-check the bags against the order before handing them out. It's such a shame for a wonderful meal to be spoiled by these simple customer service issues."
