I speak with Ally first but she's new and can't handle the situation!! So, next up to the plate is Joel a driver whose been there for 3 years. I give him a lot of credit for trying to help but he is not the manager!! All I hear is that Aturo, the manager is unavailable. I've work in the food industry for a long time....I've never seen a place that has no leadership available!! Anyways, Joel the driver keeps telling me that I need to go to the app to figure out how to get my refund for their error!! We just jeep going on and on over this matter and no one can figure this out!! When you place a 90.00 order and you F K UP you try and fix it and not put it back on the consumer. I'm told to call Aturo tomorrow. We'll, I will do that but I will NEVER order from this Planet Wings or any other Planet Wings as this has left an extremely BITTER TASTE in mouth. POOR SERVICE EXTREMELY POOR LEADERSHIP!! NEVER ORDER ONLINE because if they mess up IT'S YOUR FAULT NOT THEIRS!!"
