"This place is an absolute gem! The food is always fresh and delicious, delivery within the hour even during busy times. The 'half sub ' is huge at 12+ inches, the salad platters are fairly large, and the pizza actually came out amazing? Their customer service is top tier as well. I usually order through grubhub and the app messed up my order, but JC 's caught it and called me to confirm. If they 're ever out of something, they call and offer alternatives. This is me and my roommates go-to place, as they are reliably good. I highly recommend them if you 're local to the area!"

"I have been a loyal customer at this restaurant for 5 years, primarily purchasing vapes. I recently noticed that they have undergone a remodel and when I complimented the owner on the new look, he mentioned that they had stocked up on new items, which got me excited. The owner is a great guy and I wish he was always around. However, on my most recent visit, I was disappointed to find a new employee working. There seemed to be a language barrier as every request I made was met with a flat out "no." When I asked for the vape I always buy, the response was the same - "no." Despite explaining that I have been a loyal customer for years, the employee only repeated "no" multiple times without offering any explanation. I found this treatment towards a reliable customer to be confusing, especially for a supposed "smoke shop." It appears that they may no longer carry vapes or the new employee simply did not want to sell to me. I may have to look for another shop since the new older man working there was extremely rude and disrespectful."

"I enjoyed reasonably priced sandwiches and smoothies, among other options. The pastrami sandwich with cheese and tomato was excellent, with a great balance between filling and bread (you can choose between a roll or a sub). When I visited, there was no line. "I called to place an order, but nobody answered. After waiting five minutes, I decided to go in, only to find the place completely empty. The woman at the counter kept me waiting for ten minutes while she was on the phone with the driver. I asked her for the phone number in case I had dialed it incorrectly, and she replied a bit snappily, "Well, that’s the number. Are you going to order now?" I was surprised by her response. I understand that bagel shops can get busy, especially on a Saturday, but this was frustrating. It seems they prefer online orders, and I've had issues with the phone number every time I’ve called. I seriously need to reconsider coming here. They either need to improve their service or hire more staff because she was the only one working. Also, charging $4.99 for a side of bacon with just four pieces is a bit much. No thanks."

"They don't actually deserve this one star. These are very racist people. The woman (Asian) has an issue giving my husband and I back our money in our hands when she gets the money from those very hands. This has happened on several occasions so we started to take notice. Maybe that's just some thing she does right?! Wrong, other customers that come in gets their money directly into their hands and she's a lot nicer to them (white) than with us (black). Almost trying to rush us away. Should have rushed us away before we enter the store so we can keep our money. Needless to say we just stopped going there."

"THE MOST EXPENSIVE IMITATION TURKEY CLUB EVER! I thought a turkey club sandwich would actually include turkey, along with tomatoes and bacon... apparently not. It cost $8, and I would have been better off getting a premade sandwich from 7-Eleven. The man I would normally refer to as a "gentleman," who is anything but, was extremely rude to the young lady who was being trained to work the counter. He sat at his table, belittling her. To make matters worse, he tried to charge $17.99 for a 12-pack of Modelo, claiming that if I complained, he would increase the price by 50 cents, even though the color advertisement clearly stated $14.99. When I finally had a chance to open my sandwich, I was so frustrated that I went back to take another picture of the wrongly priced 12-pack, only to find that he had removed it from the cooler door in under 10 minutes. This same rude person has been incredibly inconsiderate every time I've visited, and I will NEVER go back again. To top it off, I just discovered that the Cheetos were expired since June 2021—seven months ago!"
