"Customer service at this location is extremely unprofessional. It appears that the employees are trained to cater to their own cultural relations. I spent more than $30 for 2 meals, and had a dispute over napkins. They didn't have all the food items that are supposed to be served with meals as advertised, and then had the audacity to be rude. It's a wonder that this location closed for a period of time. In the food and hospitality industry, customer service is paramount to success. Without it, small businesses fail horribly. I will never visit this location again. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone unless you're from Jamaica. They are hospitable to people from the island, and that's not a good business practice when all customers spend the same currency! ??"
