"Now this review is based on customer service only not the food..I’ve always had a great experience at Texas 202 even when management changed recently I visited them on Jul 23 and order the fish and shrimp plate and 3 meat platter. I get home and I have a two meat platter. Even though I paid for a three meat platter I knew I would come back so didn’t bother calling.Aug 6 I come to order the usual and made them aware of the mistake done on my Jul 23 visit. Nothing was offered for the mistake first red flag and then I’m there 45min before they close and they say their fryers are turned off and they was shaken up by a large group. He said I should have called in. I decided not to order because I was told they turned their fryer off at 7:00. I let him know that it wasn’t no point of me calling because at 7:00 is when I would have called and the fryer was already off..Word of advice when you mess up with your customer compensate them ESPECIALLY when their spending a lot of money in your restaurant. I love Texas 202 but the amount of money I spend their on the regular and the service I received today is not worth it."
