"The food was excellent and I had a wonderful experience at the restaurant—until I received my credit card statement two weeks later. Lodos had charged me multiple times for the one meal I had there. When I called to resolve the issue, they promised to return my call the next day but never did. I followed up and was met with a rude response, claiming it was a computer error that would be fixed by the following Monday. I tried to contact them a third time, but no one answered. It's been over a month since my visit, and I still haven't received my refund. To make matters worse, my friend who dined with me has since experienced unauthorized charges all over Denver and has had his identity stolen. Lodos was the only place in Denver where he used his credit card. When he reached out to them, they acknowledged that they had mistakenly charged him at various other locations associated with their company. I cannot recommend eating here if you want to avoid a long and frustrating battle to get your money back. It feels very untrustworthy!"
